Really good video! I love to hear her play The Wildwood Flower, and of course many other tunes. "Walking through mayonnaise" ...never heard that one before. Going to store it away in my brain for later use! Hope you have a great weekend! God bless!

That was very interesting about Mother Maybelle. Yes, as other people wrote... June co-wrote the song, not Johnny. 🎵👏🎵

The next time you go back to this cemetery and do a video of a bunch of people there it would mean the world to me if you included Joe & Rose Lee Maphis. You mentioned someone with the last name Maphis in this video. They are quite possibly related. Joe & Rose Lee were old school country musicians. I used to work with Miss Rose at The Country Music Hall of fame when she was in her early 90s. She was a greeter there. I have a picture with her. She was the sweetest thing and I cried when I left that job cause I knew I'd never see her again. So look up Joe & Rose Lee Maphis and add them to your list for when you go back to this cemetery. Please please 🙏.

I seem to remember you visiting Johnny and June for the first time. I seem to remember you saying you thought there were probably other people burried there you were missing.
And I encouraged you to go back, as you missed ALOT of people! 😃 Nothing wrong with going back to the Cemetary several times; and doing a few graves at a time! Great videos! 👍 😃

She was a big part of the Carter family, im favourite Carter family number is: June carter cash. She may rest in peace and mother maybelle Carter is in heaven singing with her daughters and Johnny cash is in heaven also.

Just a little walk away is the grave of Mother Maybelle's oldest daughter, Helen. She, Anita and June, along with their mother comprised the group The Carter Sisters and Mother Maybelle.

I even heard on KNX 1070am News Radio Station I listen to out of Los Angeles, it said that a vacation home that Johnny Cash once had in Ventura County, California is up for sale but it is not cheap in price of about $16 million dollars. It was a house that Johnny Cash and June would have used for if they ever needed a quick getaway for themselves or just to take a much needed break when they needed it too.
