@@mechanicigor I took it to a micanic and he told me you have two sounds. One coming from the lifters they must be changed and another sound he said I cannot figure out from where is coming. and also he asked me whether i changed the chain kit. i told him no just the tensioner. he did not say anything.

Can this be done without removing the timing chain? Just remove the tensioners and fit a new gasket? I'm afraid of messing with timing.
No you have to disassemble everything and if you have no experience I suggest don't try this because it requires skills and knowledge
