All the salt in the world. However I'd be hype if it's actually an FE character I like. Like Hector or Ephraim (as far as Lords/MCs go.)
As long as they don't end up super generic and/or ridiculously broken, I'd be chill with another FE character. But I wanna see a mortal combat character to fill out the big boi fighting game thing goin on. Or Goku for the memes. Since Dante got decomfirmed

@@DragonEdge10 he promoted into horseback with lance as a secondary weapon but Ephraim is pretty much locked to it if I remember right. Only Lord besides Demitri that even primaried it I think.

It didn't. Leffen makes Ultimate videos on new content/updates in order to capitalize on their popularity to get more views. If he actually cared about Ultimate, he would make more content about Ultimate when it isn't just financially good for him.

They're from the Tekken in-game sound effects. Hell, if you look carefully, he also has the Tekken visual hit effects (the sparks coming from every hit). Both have been a staple of Tekken.

Kazuya has Tough Guy _probably_ to mimic Tekken's auto block system. If you're neutral (no inputs), some moves will be automatically blocked by your character. It actually makes a difference for certain punishes due to pushback.
Also, the animations probably feel weird due to the minimal hitlag on his moves.

Welp, looks like Kazuya isn't just a typical "fighting game" archetype character anymore.
His whole moveset makes him scary to fight against, not to mention that he has good recovery.

We've bien all waiting for the Dovahkiin Mii and Dante Mii
The best part and biggest reason why I might main (though definitely try) kazuta is because we don't need to press A light or hard. Least not for many moves.
Although I wish maybe we could have had more stage cameos for the mishima temple.

My least favorite thing about Ken Ryu is that you pretty much have to use C stick for aerials because of the restrictive command input system but Kazuya doesn't seem to have that problem which I'll be looking forward to
I'm not even a competitive player but I simply can't imagine NOT using the c-stick for aerials.

I'm super excited for Kazuya, I've played some tekken, and have watched and researched a lot about it, so im very interested to see how he plays.
I honestly feel a lot peoples first impressions are missing one key factor, his crouch dash. In tekken Kazuyas crouch dash is the center of how he plays and puts the rest of his kit together. I feel its gonna be the same here, if Kazuyas crouch dash is great, he's a great character, if its bad, he sucks.

Hey I remember the title said "I'd rather have Sora" when Byleth was revealed while everyone else was actually expecting Dante back then, Leffen brought one this Upton himself. I'll see you when Sora's revealed or he's a mii costume when Bubsy is announced as the final character.

Given the 6 month waiting period, I have the last character will actually be 2 characters released at once.
i like how it looks like they designed his gameplay to play like how a person who just picked up tekken would THINK Kazuya would play like. 10 hit combos, lasers, unsafe big moves.
It looks like characters hit *by* Kazuya don't get put into hitstun before they get launched. That might mean *you can't DI against Kazuya*.

I think the weirdest thing is that he has 0 freeze frames. He basically always has melee cc active at low percents, he can combine this with ultimate cc to punish you for attacking him with low knocback combo starters. This makes up for his poor oos and bad frame data. Also why does everything have armor / partial invincibility?

The death of language. This is why elites only bothered to educate within their own circles. Teaching plebs new words always results in them cheapening the word and over-extending its meaning until it encompasses everything and becomes meaningless.
