This video has fixed all my led issues, thanks!! Wasn't expecting such a massive change in the car ffb feel. Had to adjust to what I was comfortable with.
Hi thanks for this video, it has been a game changer for me since you post it. Is there an update of the Fanalab solution for the new cars available in the 1.9 ACC update ?
Yes, on page 14 of the latest fanalab forum post. Maurice has updated with new profiles. forum.fanatec.com/discussion/27086/fanalab-1-69-7-public-release-prev-1-69-1-post-your-feedback-here/p14
Thank you AeroVeloce. You have definitely helped me setup my rig, especially after I installed windows 11 and everything got messed up. However, I use Huesinkveld Sprints and they seem to be locking up easy regardless of how much ABS I use. Maybe I missed something I need to setup, or play with the Huesinkveld software?
I figured it out. My ABS and TC were turning off automatically even though they were on in the my car settings, hence the braking lockup issue I was having. After downloading Maurice’s car profiles, which are awesome by the way, under the Fanalab tuning menu, in the steering wheel adjustments I highlighted the AUTO box on one of the options and that fixed my issue. The ABS and TC are back now. Thanks again for the great info. you provide. For an older racer like me, I need the assistance.
Thats an awesome video man, but i am still running the 439 driver on my dd1 . Will the profiles work with my current version of fanalab? I didnt install the beta one that works with 433
Many thanks for this video and for the guy especially who done the presets. Even your simple solution works great, i have been struggling ever since i went form CSL DD to DD2 but those make huge difference. Only thing is every time i load a profile it says steering wheel mismatch, do you want to continue. I have R300 podium paddles and buttons. Also it tursn ABS off so you got to reload setup.
His LEDs for the cars are off. No matter what he’ll start the first LED we got with the same starting LED on the car. But that’s the issue. We have 9 on our wheel and the car could have 10. So somewhere in the middle he skips an LED and it literally kills the flow of the lights. Because he’s hell bent on the same starting and ending point regardless of the LED count being off. It makes more sense to skip the first light and use the last 9 instead of skipping one in the middle. It kills the flow of the LEDs. Ex: the Audi Evo ll, he starts the LED at the same point but when a yellow light comes on in the car it skips and of our lights don’t show up completely killing the realistic flow. So I made my own for every car. Using the Audi as an example I just didn’t put the first light so now all 9 of mine flow at the same time the last 9 of the Audi instead of skipping one in the middle. It’s better to take away a light if the car has 10 lights and taking away the first and if the car has 8 just add one in the beginning. The way he does is shit, he kills how LEDs on cars work. They flow with a specific pattern. He kills that with the skipping in the middle
@@AeroVeloce don’t even bother bro lol. There’s tons of cars, some with shitty FFB some with good some really good, in that game. Even all the modded ones as well. Honestly, you’ll never make one that everyone can use unless you do every Kunos and every single modded car which is months maybe a year of testing dude. Don’t even bother lol. If you still want to release something, maybe test 20 cars and come up with a good base point. But all that work is pointless lol. Because even you did one with just Kunos cars. Not everyone can use it. Just modded cars and everyone can’t use it. If you make a base point that suits every car as a starting point, now everyone can use that and tweak themselves.
@@AtMyOwnPace10 yea after starting I came to the same conclusion. A good base is probably best for people to tune from there. I’ll still have something eventually.
I still can’t feel a difference between game spring at 100 to with is at 0. And game damper strength. Feel no difference from 50 to 100. Am I missing something? Or am I not driving with each one enough to compare?
You can set the brake force through the fanatec control panel on pc when hooked up through usb. To adjust it on the fly in fanalabs and on the wheelbase requires it to be connected with the rj12 connector directly to wheelbase. Make sure not to run both connections at the same time.

What am i doing wrong? thank you in advance.
Hi. I have the same porsche wheel ass you and when I try to load the file it just says that it’s not compatible for the wheel or it’s the wrong wheel or something. Any tips? Btw when I just press use anyway it’s not giving me any telemetry whatsoever. And one last thing. I have tried to join your discord but your link doesn’t work or something. Thank you
You can ignore that message or re-save the profile with your wheel and it won’t show anymore. On the profile page you also have to click on the enable telemetry button. I think it should be highlighted green. I’ll check the discord link to make sure it’s working. Thanks!
Hi. I’ve installed Fanalab (latest version) and on the Fanalab game profile page, at the bottom left it hasn’t got the import and export setting for to upload the car settings. Any advice on why it’s not showing would be great thanks.
what are the benefits of having a profile for each car? doesn't this change muscle memory every time? these values are for a dd2 which are those for dd1
Every car is different even when using the same settings for every single car. A profile for each car can be used to maximize feel for that specific car and reduce or eliminate oscillations depending on the vehicle. For DD1 you just multiply the value of the force by 1.25 and then save the profile again.
@@AeroVeloce ok then in acc default value gain 50, on the dd1 for example using McLaren 720, if you have set a value of 57 on the dd2 I will have to multiply 57x1.25 = 71.25 on the dd1, but in this way there is no risk of having a too heavy steering wheel? sometimes in the setup if the caster is also changed this also affects the heaviness of the steering wheel.
@@zazadj1 yes that is correct. If the wheel is too heavy with the values used in the profiles, don’t be afraid to lower it either to make it fit to your tastes if it’s too heavy.

Do you have TC and ABS bound to the rotary encoders? If properly set up then the position of the encoder will always equal the setting on the car. For example if the encoder is set to 3, TC will change to 3 despite what the in game set up is saved to. You do need to keep fanalab running in order for the display to give telemetry.

Sorry about that! Let me know if you need any help. To enter the tuning menu there’s a small black button on the wheel typically next to the screen for most fanatec wheels.
