I came across your channel today and tried your method. It has worked very well. Thanks a lot. Mine has been hard but today 😅 very soft and tasty. Congrats.
I have been doing soft chapatis but with warm water. Layers could come out but not as perfect as this! I'm happy for the tutorial. It is the best that I have ever encountered! Each day is a learning day! A challenge I had was that I was burnt with the hot water and the hot oil. However, The pain was worth the achievement! that is my testimony.... Please help me now do a cake. My request.
