Hi. I’m learning how to effectively use my iPad to do my lessons because of you. However, I want a floating face cam on my video. I bought luma fusion, because you use it. However, I can’t figure out how to use it to do what I want. I am new to editing. Do you have any helpful videos on that?
You can use garageband, which is great and free. I personally use Hokusai 2, which is a paid app. You can use any voice recorder. In order to edit voice over in video, I use lumafusion. Hope this helps. Check my channel. There's a video on how I make my tutorials.
vinay pathak also consider using Apple’s built in screen recording software. It works well to record your screen and audio and will provide you with a video ready to upload to RUclips or another place for your students to see. After preparing your notes or practice problems, turn on the screen recorder included with your iPad, and demonstrate the solutions for your students with a live voice-over. Once you’re done, click “Stop Recording” and your video is ready to upload! Hope I could help
Is there a way to project whats on the iPad to a school computer (projected on the board) so that we can write/annotate powerpoint slides live, during the lesson?
You can use a freeware application on your pc/laptop like 5kplayer. You can download it from your browser. (I have no affiliation with the software, nor do I recommend it). Then you can use airplay from your ios/iPadOS device. I hope this helps. Just type in youtube "mirror iPhone screen on pc", for more information.
Department members are using the iPads 9.7 (2018), non pro, but it's compatable with the Apple pencil ✏ which is a must have for annotating on the iPad screen for lesson notes.
Hi there, I need one help. I want to make some videos regarding math. Usually, I use my keynote of iPad Air with an apple pencil. I need to write with different shapes drawing and different colors. In the keynote, there are different colors to write, but there are no different shapes of pen like thin or thick pen. How can I solve this problem? Thank you in advance!
Thanks for your question. Maybe use word ruclips.net/video/GT_szKzYGqY/видео.html This might also be helpful ruclips.net/video/oGhdLdOTb_4/видео.html In fact, I have a whole playlist how to teaching using the iPad. Check it out. ruclips.net/p/PLJd4Mtj9MQf0chxK-sSRp3hryE-X4gne6

Beard Squared Sure. I am very good at Physics,Mathematics and English. I can teach Physics to students of 12th grade (CBSE India). I have taught English, Maths and science to High school students. Most importantly, I love to teach .
Beard Squared i’m currently using my iPad for teaching purposes. I’m teaching mathematics (students still use pen and paper). I use Notability as ‘whiteboard’. Do you know good apps for my subject which i should test and try? And maby tips on how to use this iPad effectively in my class. Keep in mind my students dont have an IPad. We do have an elektronic envirorment what students can access by laptop (mostly used for uploading files etc.). Thanks in advance!
Daan ten Berge even though the question is not directed to me but I just have to help a fellow teacher. I found a very good app that you can use as a warm up, It’s called Flashcards. It has a lot of games that you can change to fit your subject. It’s crazy how awesome the games are that I’m enjoying the process of inserting the information I need just to see how it comes out in the game.
I'm sure You can cast to any external monitor, tv, or projector using Apple TV screen mirroring. Please check on RUclips for casting to windows using a casting device. It can't be done without using a casting/screen mirroring device. Hope this helps.
Gourav chauhan All Apple devices usually also have a “dongle” or adaptor from their charging port to HDMI. For example a USB-C to HDMI Adaptor that you can buy from Apple directly or from a third party company. You can directly hook up your hdmi cable that goes to a projector or monitor, tv etc and have a real time display of everything you do on the iPad screen. My teacher uses this, no software or internet connection required, just plug it in and get to work :) good luck!

May I link to your video for a grant project that I am doing for Texas A&M University, please? If so, how would you prefer it to be cited?
So do all students have an iPad or just the teacher sharing theirs ?
Just the teachers teach with the ipad. Students bring their own device.
