Most of the time, if there is a case of the fact that like paternity is a doubt, they usually have one. The guy that’s on that said case be tested for paternity, but if he doesn’t show up or doesn’t get the DNA test, then he has named father by fault.
@@meredithjemola1630by default is the cheap, easy, idgaf attitude of the state. If people have any doubt. Paternity should be determined and paid for by the mother if she lied otherwise, the man should pay.

I love the grandma in the first case..she's so pretty, with a warm loving soul to her. I love the story she told of meeting her grandbaby.. "hey sugar foot!" That little boy will get plenty of love from his Nanna
DNA tests should be done at each birth....most definitely before the man is sent to jail. Any woman found to be receiving fraudulent child support payments should be sent to jail, if the man can be sent to jail for not making child support payments.

Ms Rawlings is better than all other women here, never nagged, never threw hate speech to Mr. Kidd nor his mom. She was in a situation where she had no choice but to seek help to make sure her son is safe. Mr. Kidd and his mom both have good hearts. I pray that Ms. Rawlings realize this and stay with Mr. Kidd and be a good wife to him also.

You know what’s crazy no correction! You know what I find wrong is. That a man can go to jail for unpaid child support have his name dragged through the mud and made a fool of just to find out after 20 years the child ain’t even his when the woman decided to be spiteful instead of just being honest. But they don’t go to jail after all of that. I believe that she should go to jail in that case any woman that does that should be in jail.

If the man signs the birth certificate, he is taking full responsibility of the child … legally naming him the father
In my state, the doctors encourage fathers to have dna test done before signing the birth certificate because they have seen so many men get stuck with child support and taking care of a child that isn’t theirs all because they signed the birth certificate

Last case is an example of what damage a selfish, conniving "mother" can do to a child. She wanted to keep her child all to herself because she she didn't like the man. Alienating a child will always come back to bite you. When you become a parent it's not about you anymore, it's about the child. If your not ready to put a child's needs above your own, in any way. Don't have children. That goes for both men and women. And as for the CS thing, that's just despicable. I hope he gets his money back. Men have got to be smarter and mandatory DNA tests need to take place before anything.

Mr. Baron has been incarcerated twice and is not tge father. This is something to sue the mother on false allegation and harassment with Imprisonment. She needs to be in jail for lying and admitting too it.
Facts. Mandatory DNA testing upon EVERY birth would fix this problem, but unfortunately I doubt it will ever happen.

The last cast. I feel so bad for the adult son. His mom lied for years and made another man pay child support when not the dad and put him in jail twice while letting the true father go Scott free. Truly, after his mom helps find bio dad I would cut contact with bio mom.
The last case really uset me. That mom was selfish for not telling her son the truth and finding out who the real father is when supposedly there was another possibility. Makes me so angry and yet she ends up hurting her son again... so infuriating.

I think the 2nd case, this was the wake up call she needed. She had that look of realization. This is no longer a laughing matter. Really hope she found that child's father, and she turned her life around.
The last case, people need to stop all that bickering. It's only going to affect the child. She needs to stop lying and be 100% with her son.
I just wish people would guard their fertility. The repercussions on the innocent are, so many times, devastating. It’s not about you, it’s about someone else’s life.

I agree to the extreme. Everyone was so respectful and mature. No one bashed or talked badly about anyone. They are mentally capable and understanding that mistakes happen yet they took accountability without excuses. The fact that both men were willing to stand up and be the father despite having doubt...speaks volume. They were truly all there for child's wellbeing. I'm hoping the realnl father possess these same qualities.
The first grandmother gave an excellent explanation of Rh incompatibility. Her son, though, didn’t understand. I like that the grandmother also expressed a concern that the young woman might have problems if she isn’t tested for this during pregnancy to be sure that both she and her yet to be born child have the same “Rh status.”
