I remember in the 70s how classy, beautiful and welcoming Saks was. Gorgeous wood walls with carved decor, magnificent lighting and sales people dressed to the nines ready to serve and make your shopping experience a great one. Not this garish, loud and ugly monster it has become.
The old look was better, in my opinion. It was luxurious and classic.
