A native of California, Dr. Benjamin Talei graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Physiological Sciences. He received his medical degree at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. Dr. Talei then went on to complete his residency training in Head and Neck Surgery at Columbia University and Cornell University Medical Centers, New York Presbyterian Hospital. Following his residency program, Dr. Talei became one of the only surgeons in the country to complete two separate fellowships in Facial & Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery including a fellowship at the Vascular Birthmark Institute of New York. I need. Other things done due to age.my main hated concern is to get rid of marionette line. Tried so many cosmetic thing. Even Bella fill, in it and I’m happy it’s gone or not showing now. For awhile a had apple cheeks from him overdoing it and was not nterested in taking blame for 7 viles when he told me 3-4 at the beginning. Please make suggestions. Thank you

Pdo threads ( or pcl threads, longer lasting )meso therapy with liquid pcl products, microneedling, facial peels, Tesoro fine filler, Botox to the lower face area specifically the DAO which is the muscle that pulls down jowls. There's no one & done I'm afraid. It's just a combination of various treatments. It is expensive, that's the drawback I'm afraid!

How do you inject small linear threads in a superficial plane and it not be seen I don’t understand especially if the Filler isn’t hydrated so it’s not as multiple is it that you’re using a specific kind of filler. Specifically above her angle in the preauricular, how can you just put? I just don’t understand how fanning filler can work when you need volume in that whole space confuses me, especially if placement not close together
