Thanks for this video! I was born in Mexico city, but I grew up in Tlaxcala. From age 3 to 14 before moving to the US in 1991. It is a beautiful place and very rich in history. When Cortez was defeated by the Aztecs and they were retreating, they met with the Tlaxcallan people who themselves were at constant war with the Aztecs. So having a common enemy, they allied with the Spaniards and were able to defeat the Aztecs. As a "reward" the Spaniards treated Tlaxcala as a sovereign nation and were left alone unlike all the other regions where the Spanish ravished and destroyed as much as they could. In fact, the Spanish people asked Tlaxcala to help colonize some of the northern regions of the country. That's why Tlaxcala is often referred to as the cradle of the Nation.
I can not believe that I am knowing more about my culture through the jones always surprise me with something different and I do not miss any of your videos

Hello friends, excellent video, it is amazing how fast your children have grown, on the other hand that mole of turkey looks really delicious, so much so that I'm hungry again haha.
Wow thank you Joneses to share that food heaven on earth. I was mouth watering almost the whole video. Tlaxcala is the tiniest state of Mexico. Neighboring Puebla. Simply amazing Mexican traditional food.
Me encanto el vídeo!! I love how your family is so open to my culture, I’m from Tlaxcala and seeing the food definitely takes me back to my roots and old memories! Haven’t been there in a hot minute! Hoping to go soon!! Keep doing more videos! You guys are amazing love your family vibe. Saludos!
You guys really are living the Mexican Dream. Glad to see that the whole family is living life to its fullness. That's what life is all about, not just work and work and work. God bless you guys.
Yah we missed so much. Also a lot of the foods we tried had to because of the background music they were playing from the stage speakers got the flagged for copyright. But yes there were soo much.
I spent two days in Tlaxcala. It is a beautiful little city and state with incredibly warm and loving people. The architecture and surrounding mountains are stunning as well. I also was blown away by a restaurant about 30 minutes outside downtown Tlaxcala, called Evoka. I can't wait until I go back one day!
You are a lovely family and you are a sample of how you enjoy each other, before your children are independent, thank you for teaching them to appreciate the world in a unique way. I admire and respect you.

I don’t think they had any issue, because they loaded all of up a lot of plates of their fantastic mole and were smiling from ear to ear the whole time.

Mexico has at least 2,000 types of sweet bread some are influence from France and Spain breads.
Mole is my favorite dish spicy is the best. I'm not a fan of the green or sweet mole. My grandmother makes hers from scratch
Well we are HUGE pan dulce fans. I agree spicy mole is the best. The best mole I have had has been some with a hell of a kick.
