There are different presentations on chilles rellenos. Don’t get discouraged that there’s only one. The most typical stuffed is cheese, but you could also find with meat inside in it.
You guys have some great videos. I like that they’re longer than the usual 10-15 minutes., so there’s more to enjoy and learn from. Your boys are so mature and well behaved! I know at their ages I would be whining a lot more. 😂 They truly are very lucky they get to experience all this, and it’s great to see that they appreciate it.
Thanks, In the past we have gotten some complaints for the longer videos but I just say, as long as I can keep it moving along and tell the story then time doesn't matter. Plus we don't make videos to get subs we make videos to capture the experience. Yah these guy have grown up a tone this last year traveling. I too was not the best kid at all. So I am damn well gonna be a good parent.

I don't know if you're aware but El Cardenal produces everything they serve, from the wheat to the cheeses and everything is made in house, fresh and from scratch. This is the closest to the food I grew up with and serve at home. We love it and go often, not right now since we're living in Merida, Yucatan (another place to visit) but will be in CDMX by June, we're retired chefs travelling the world and now it's our beloved Mexico!
Impressive!! Though I have to give the top prize to Papa Jones for having the best taco technique - no offense to Mama Jones and the boys - but the big guy has nailed the folding and smaller bites technique 👌🏽
Go to Pixza they use 100% corn for the crust and have unbelievable, and very Mexican options. They are also greatly philanthropic and give employment to at risk youths. There's a great ice cream place a few doors down you could try also.

A really nice video and what about the Palacio Nacional? All that walking can really make you hungry and El Cardenal is supposed to be one of the best restaurants in CDMX (there's so many). I haven't been to the library yet, but it looks amazing. My brother loved lucha libre, lol!

I'm not 100% sure, but I think when you film with a 360 camera, the entire video has to be in 360. It won't work if you insert 360 video into a normal video. That's why you're only getting one view at a time and not the 360 panning effect
It is in the editing and exporting. You can export as 360 or fixed frame. The cool thing is I can can pick what part of the 360 I want to show ...and I did but the view is too fish eye. Also I just found out that I am supposed to be calibrating before using and that would have made it that much better. Live in learn. But the other problem is audio, and I did buy a separate mic unit but it was worse that the onboard mic of the 360. And Im not about to set everyone up with their own separate lav mics, that would be hard for a novice like me to get that edited. It gave some interesting shots but, I'm done...after the next video that is.
The library is amazing and it’s a museum! The museum is absolutely beautiful! The dinner you guys ate made us sooooo hungry 😋 and the game was the whip cream on top.... the ending clip was hilarious and that was the cherry 🤣 I want some Strawberry and Lemon Conchas!!! Hahaha 🐽
I recommend that you try to contact a local resident whenever you visit so that you have a better experience of each place, especially that the authentic food and enjoy it to the fullest

chile relleno (stuffed pepper) usually has only cheese in it but there are places where you can find it stuffed with picadillo (mix of meat, carrots and potatoes) or with veggies as well

Hey, thanks. I appreciate that as learning how to edit was nothing I ever expected I would have to do. In fact, it didn't hit me that I would actually have to edit until I was sitting in Bali after our first week traveling a year and a half ago.

Visit the state of Tlaxcala, two hours distance from Mexico City. A lot of history, its where Colonization began. There's a tour of Mexican haciendas,food. U are gonna love it
