I hope they can make it as good as Crew Motorfest, by far the most realistic wheel animation, for an arcade game.

I just love that it's in a completely new country unlike nfs where it's USA all the time
same. It's already my favourite map out of all driving games (Forza Horizon 3 is a close competitor)

@@kedwyd6535 Where is FH3? The one in the UK? I like the Hong Kong map because it feels different and interesting to have a driving game where we drive on the left side. As someone who live in a LHD country, it's an interesting experience. Drove in WD Legion as well and enjoyed it, just took a bit to get used to when coming on roundabout 😂
@@diesel4ever273 if I remember correctly correctly, Fora Horizon 3 took place in Miami. But yeah, I live in a LHD country and though I didn’t really notice the left hand driving in TDU, it’s interesting and should give Forza a wake up call for their 6th horizon game

You should take a look at Hong Kong Island pretty similar in real life tall brick buildings and high cost of living people live in closets and pay thousands to stay in high rise closest apartments the housing economy their is one of the most expensive in the world to live there

2 important questions 1 can you still put the windows down? 2 is it vr supported??
yes you can put the windows down and up and if you have a wheel you can map one of the buttons on the wheel to do that, Same for the turn signals and hazard lights. Not sure about VR support.

@@Michael27RomeroIt’s called simcade they never ever said it was going to be a full blown sim and TDU has never ever had full sim handling. This is honestly the best handling they’ve ever had in the series but it’s far from arcade. Need For Speed and Forza Horizon are closer to arcade than this game in arcade racers it’s way easier to do everything when driving. Their are no settings to change handling or car setups for presets in arcade racers. It’s just whatever they give you you and you don’t slow down over curbs when smashing into anything or when driving over different terrains. When your car isn’t set up for that terrain in arcade racers nothing happens. Nothing I just said matters in arcade racers it’s full speed ahead and drifting all over the place. It’s way easier to drive cars on arcade games you can drift with ease and certainly don’t need to throw cars into a drift like real life you can just drift with ease. Like I said though I don’t know who told you this game is a full blown open world sim they lied to you this game is simcade leaning more towards sim. Because I already told you why arcade games have no rules for driving and everything is easier you don’t need to worry about slowing down or bad driving techniques everything is generally done for you.
@@redhunnid5142 the game is complete arcade nothing feels natural at all 🤣. The cars don’t even have full steering lock or angle when trying to turn or drift. It takes the whole 5 lanes to make a u turn nothing like irl. Plus when u go over a speed bump at barley 10mph it makes the whole car jump in the air like it’s on hydraulics 💩
@@redhunnid5142 u must never played fm23 or fh5 on wheel. There’s way more setting to adjust than this mobile game. Actual dead zones and clamping bias and all types of stuff that will never come to tdu solar caca

Slap late for work today?
I installed the demo today and played at 1440p high setting DLSS balanced on my RTX 4070ti and had a pretty good frame rate between 80 and dips into the 30s at times.
That doesn't seem like a good fps to me on a 4070ti with dlss balanced and not even max graphics. They really need to optimise this game properly
@@mrtakeaminute6815 I get 165 fps at ultra 5120x1440 on my 7900xtx in forza. this game is definitely not optimized properly, but given its a small company i dont expect a triple A title out of it. but at least let me get better than 60 on high settings

Nothing I seen from now can change my mind about this game I’ve seen enough. The handling isn’t gonna change either so I’m give up on it 4 year wait for nothing.. can’t wait for FH6 to get announced this weekend and out this game to shame

Nobody wants to play 100 hours to get a nice car I promise u development team it’s not gonna create a “bond”. Even Forza Motorsport dropped the “drive” to earn upgrades months after release. Ppl just want to get on the game and be able to buy whatever cars they want then and there. Not work weeks for it. Most ppl have full time jobs n only can play few hours a week. On top of that the game doesn’t even look fun to drive just a nfs arcade rip off. I was hoping for more Forza type physics and drift ability. They have the best sim physics for controller or wheel. Also that chase cam “action movie” affect it does whenever u drift is terrible straight nfs copy and paste arcade mobile game effect. Nobody wants that camera shake and tracking to the car. We have a whole other analog stick to move the camera our self if we need. Hope they drop that camera shake effect and add better physics
