Desperate for solace and guidance, I reached out to a spiritual counselor who was recommended by a friend for help.
It hurts to imagine life without my man. I never thought it would come to this point where I might have to let go. I know this may not be the right place to share this, but I feel like I’m gradually losing myself, and I don’t know what to do. I’m holding tightly to the beautiful moments we shared, and I sincerely hope he finds happiness.

It felt like my heart was shattered, and no matter how much time passed, I couldn’t let go of the memories. I tried everything to get him back talking to friends for advice, even writing letters I never sent. I can see that you want to get over it and not meet up with her but I also see hesitation. Which is understandable because I think you wonder why she did all this if she wasn’t going to “come through.” I’ve been in this type of situation before and what I had to do is just stop talking to them and not even open the messages they sent me.
