    This is the best pallet board chicken coop I seen on youtube so far. I have plans to build your style chicken coop. I may make some things different with the measurements on the width of the coop. I'm building this coop in my garage then moving it to my backyard. The coop has to fit through my gate which is 4 ft wide. So I may go 46 inches wide. On the wheels I plan on using the wheels from my old grill and putting in the back and put handles on the front to pick up the coop from the front. Also putting the wire door on the side instead the front. Thanks for making the video.

On the nest box my wife wants it to open from the top I may make it open from the back like yours. I'm excited to work on this it's great therapy for me to get my mind something else instead the stress of our country is going through. Thanks again my friend for posting these videos.

    I'm building another chicken coop of your build from last year. Reason why, well we gained 17 chickens. I'm been working on this coop since June life keeps me busy. I would like to get it done right away because fall is here and I want to get it out of my garage. The measurements are different on this build its 3ft x 9ft and pretty much everything is the same but I built it lighter this time. The first coop build is holding up pretty good. But it's real heavy to move. Thanks your how to videos I'm following up on your channel often.

    You done did gave me ideas now. How is it cleaning out ? Does the rake get stuck in the floorboard cracks? Now that i watched your video, i will be running the floor boards the other way (straight in from the door) so the rake doesn't catch on boards. Also you mentioned unhooking the plank (stairs). just put a cable on that too, and you can pull it up with cable instead of going in to remove and back in to re-install, (when moving coop).

    • @Robinson-Homestead
      @Robinson-Homestead  Год назад

      When cleaning the coop we use a snow shovel turned over flat and scrape the floor on the ground so it works better than a rake, thanks for watching.
