Wow, I gotta say, it's really brave speaking out about your insecurities. As you say, alot of people have them, and most people don't notice others' because they are so busy worrying about their own. It's such a waste of time, isn't it?(And in my opinion makes one a bit self-absorbed, thinking about everything negative about oneself so often) What if we could talk to and about ourselves like we talk to our best friends or our kids. I think that would make a huge difference and I think it's something everyone can learn, to actually practise it like a skill.
