Great vid Tanelle......I thought of you the other day when you talked about putting socks on and pushing on and straightening out your toes....as I pushed on mine to straighten them out 🙂 Thanks for what you do.
I really think that you are the best wheelchair RUclipsr 😜
Excellent advice, I’ve been in a chair eight years and have only put on jeans in bed , I’m going to try that ,thanks for the vids
It aggravates you stick to the bed trust me
I'm a T4 para. Always wore pants laying on the bed, but for the first time in 19 yrs wore them while being seated in a wheelchair THANKS to your video technique! This would save me so many transfers :D Bless you! #Subscribed
YAY!!!!!
Your an amazing woman and such an inspiration 👍👍
Always your help is useful, thanks
you're welcome :)
You are so awesome seriously
Thank you for showing us how. I find it a struggle.
Damn girl. Wish you were doing these videos 15 years ago. I was getting the sweats 2 sizes to big advice, which guarantees you’ll transfer out of before the day is out.
Thanks for this!! Right...I like pants that stay on and help prevent skin friction.
Thanks, you've given me some real tips. Been struggling with this.
Glad to help!
Take care and God bless you

Great
Just saying you're nice in that jeans. I see the legs of your jeans are small and the waist looks wider. What brand is that jeans? (I'm searching for a jeans that has a wide waist and small legs.)
You had said in a previous video your legs where skinny I think they look great..
Do you wear compression shorts under your jeans or is this just for the video?
Too cute😁
Are you able to trigger your leg spasms in any way? Do you ever do that to help out with transfers, getting dressed, or anything else?
noraamatthews Do you? Most users I know HATE their spasms and only desire to never have them. One young guy I know once kicked through drywall with his spasm intensity. Ironically he got a second spine injury, motorcycle like the first time, and it surprisingly ONLY helped his daily life! It totally killed any and all spasming he previously dealt with.
I find that if my spasm happens while I put my jeans on then it helps. But I don't trigger them to do any particular thing.
I like my spasms. They don't bother me and I like how they keep my legs healthy and blood flowing. To each their own.
Being a Canadian with more wet weather in general, I’m shocked you don’t rock side guards.
Scott Ferguson Side guards have nothing to do with balance or lack thereof but I agree, she has good balance. I’m referring to what some people call “clothing” guards. It just keeps the snow and water on the wheels and tires from getting all over the user. I rocked my chair about 2 years before getting them and could never go back once I had them. My newest chairs side guards have been brutal to get right, for some unknown reason. I think the TiLite buyout has negatively effected the company, who knows.
I use the wheels to push and use them to slow down when push rims are covered in wet, snow, muck or too hot
Pro Tips For Paras The side guards will only keep your clothing clean, they shouldn’t effect your ability to use the tires for motion.
Not trying to be an ass here but wouldn't it be easier to do this on the floor then get in the chair I tried doing this in my chair n couldn't get them all the way up idk maybe it's cuz I'm just a fat man
