FAQ: I make my own fondant (Marshmallow fondant mixed with Tylose Powder) but you can use whatever you want (gum paste, store bought fondant, modeling chocolate)

I use Americolor brand food color gels to color white fondant
Yes you can eat the toppers. They dry to be hard on the outside and soft in the middle (like a gumball)

I've just made this and it's come out perfect, except I did a long pink plaited tail and maine instead, with a gold horn :) I'm so happy, well worth the 2 days of work and I can't thank you enough for giving your time to people like me for free.

Thanks for the lesson. I am making a cowboy cake for a 3 yr old so I am giving a horse a go. I would not have been able to do it without you showing this video. He has no legs, but so far so good!!!
