    I just made this today. I doubled the recipe and used all purposed flour instead of bread flour. I forgot to double the butter though and it still came out fluffy, so no complaints. I also used vanilla flavor yogurt, so I only used 3tbsp sugar. Follow according to your taste buds. I am a beginner bread baker too, so I definitely recommend this recipe to try :)

    I am a beginner & I prepared with 1 cup all purpose flour. Though it was super sticky & I couldn't add milk, the buns were super soft & tasty!!! I finished it😁😁😁

    I’ve waited 1 month before trying this recipe. No more flour, no more yeast because of the quarantine.
    ..
    This morning, I tried it and it was so easy to do !!
    I just forgot to degas after making balls but no worry, it was fluffy even though.
    I just have to wait a bit more to have the dough double size, maybe I have not even knead, I don’t know.

    Hi. I've been making some of your recipes with great results. Could we cold proof this dough? Refrigerate and then work on it after 12 or 15 hours? I do so enjoy the developed taste of bread which is slow fermented

    What is bread flour? Is it all purpose flour.
    I follow your recipes. They are so good.

      bread flour in general has a higher percentage of protein than regular all purpose or plain flour. It makes bread slightly more denser and chewy than all purpose flour would but they should work in pretty much exactly the same way!

    I'm puzzled by the flour amount is it really only 200 g of bread flour ? also why was the dough removed from the mixer then cut up then re kneaded with the butter ? What was the reason for this I've never seen this technique before. Great video 👍

    They look gorgeous, it's a perfect recipe as usual, I liked it very much. May I substitute yogurt with heavy cream please?     May I know use warm milk or cold milk .. because my bread don't rise well all by using cold milk

      Hi, suitable for room temperature milk in summer, warm milk in winter will better enhance yeast activity,can add the yeast into the lukewarm milk 20-30℃ for 10 minutes and knead the dough together with other ingredients
