I just made this today. I doubled the recipe and used all purposed flour instead of bread flour. I forgot to double the butter though and it still came out fluffy, so no complaints. I also used vanilla flavor yogurt, so I only used 3tbsp sugar. Follow according to your taste buds. I am a beginner bread baker too, so I definitely recommend this recipe to try :)

I’ve waited 1 month before trying this recipe. No more flour, no more yeast because of the quarantine. .. This morning, I tried it and it was so easy to do !! I just forgot to degas after making balls but no worry, it was fluffy even though. I just have to wait a bit more to have the dough double size, maybe I have not even knead, I don’t know. bread flour in general has a higher percentage of protein than regular all purpose or plain flour. It makes bread slightly more denser and chewy than all purpose flour would but they should work in pretty much exactly the same way!
I'm puzzled by the flour amount is it really only 200 g of bread flour ? also why was the dough removed from the mixer then cut up then re kneaded with the butter ? What was the reason for this I've never seen this technique before. Great video 👍
