The daisy blouse is gorgeous! I think the pleat at the back is called a box pleat - I think you've sewed it beautifully 🙂

How did you find the sizing on the Wren, was it true to size or did you have to size up/down? xx
Hi. I sat in the sizing for size 14 A/B cup .I like the fit but is roomy . I find myself holding the front of blouse when I lean forward so could have possibly gone down a size. Liked how the sleeve was constructed. Never done that before !

Haha, it’s terrible isn’t it?! I think it’s because all the new season fabrics keep going online. I might have to mute some shops again on instagram 😆
Love your sister mintaka fabric. It reminds me of the Lady McElroy mountain scene fabric, I think it would make a lovely pair of Sofia or Saguaro pants. You probably have enough fabric to make a matching top or bag too.

Beautiful fabrics, looking forward to seeing the Thea trousers and the lovely floral print from Bornella fabrics together. The gingham is lovely, I bought a very similar one in orange/beige from Pigeon wishes at the Stitch Festival, orange must be the in colour this year!

@@lovesredsews not yet, just washed it today. Mine is 100% linen searsucker and quite structured, not sure what will work best, I was looking at the Atelier Scammit Diapason blouse and Tianascloset Salma top.

Awww, thanks so much Becki 🫶 I’m about to start my Thea’s but i am a little nervous about the sizing, so let’s see how it goes. Gawd, why is sizing so difficult to judge 🤪 Good luck with yours x

I'm about to make a start on the Hinterland dress by Sew Liberated. I bought some chambray from Legend Textiles for it. So what's holding me up? Cut or trace! I got the pattern printed A0 and I have the download options to print at home so why hesitate? My size doesn't fluctuate much and, like you Claire, I hate tracing but I can't seem to put the scissors into the paper!
Oh I know that feeling. Try not to overthink it & just go for it. You’ll be happy once it’s all cut out & you can start sewing 😀
