All Good Things is the sing that plays at the end of a movie where the hero just straight up loses, and we have a long shot of the villain escaping as the planet steadily explodes around the hero, unable to do any more to stop it.

Seriously, I have a severe intolerance for mindless repetition. That last one reusing that one line of lyrics OVER AND OVER AD NAUSEUM... I think I lost what was left of my dang sanity. "YES WE KNOW, END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT, CAN WE MOVE ON? I'D LIKE TO FADE INTO OBLIVION IN PEACE, CLOWN MAN!"

The thing that works for the song is that it just never resolves. Knowing that the next line is originally "and I feel fine" makes you want it to resolve. It makes you want to feel reassured that you will be fine, but just keeps pulling back right when it is in your grasp.
All Good Things is fun to skip through with the right arrow key. Every measure is almost exactly 5 seconds long, so it sounds like the same word keeps getting repeated if you skip just right.

Mashups like these are like 2 Puzzle Pieces that Fit together but aren't the right pieces.
