My son applied and was accepted to W&M, for Class of 2024. I agree with everything in the video about applying to W&M. But, I would suggest that even if you don’t have the 4.27 gpa or the 34 ACT, you should still comfortably apply. The essay elements and the interview can pull you up even with lower scores. Applying Early Decision could also be more decisive than was indicated in the video. My son was .8 lower on GPA and 2 points lower on ACT but did ED, really thought thru the essays, did a couple practice interviews with adults, and had a pretty solid list of extracurriculars. They make it a point to have two different people review every application so he must have caught someone’s eye! Now he is a junior and has absolutely loved his experience at W&M. My compliments to the the creators of the video. They really captured the essence of the application process!
According to the school's website, William and Mary accepts about 200 transfer students each year. They also officially recommend a GPA of 3.5 or higher. I hope that helps!

Thank you so much!
Do you know what GPA would be competitive for transferring? are they transfer friendly?

Is this video only for American students?
This video is for anyone that wants to learn about William and Mary. :)
If I have a gpa above a 4.27 should i submit an SAT score of 1420?
That's likely above the 50th percentile, so I would still submit it. :)
