    Ingredients

    ▢1 large red bell pepper seeds removed and sliced into 2-inch sticks - around 1 ½ cups

    ▢1 tablespoon peanut butter
    ▢½ cup thai basil
    ▢5 kaffir lime leaves
    ▢1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
    ▢1 tablespoon lime juice
    ▢1 ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
    ▢2 tablespoon brown sugar
    ▢2 tablespoon oil
    ▢1 cup water
