Hello. Is 15 minutes in the oven then 5 minutes under the grill long enough to cook through? Chicken thighs, I normally leave in the oven for 35/40 minutes at 200c, but I usually use bone-in thighs. Thanks.

Hello, yes 15-20 mins is long enough to cook in oven because it is boneless chicken thighs and it does cook faster.😀

Usually you can get it from any big supermarket. Alternatively you can also make a similar 5 spice at home. Recipe 👉
      6 star anise pods
1 ½ teaspoons whole cloves (or 1 1/4 teaspoon ground)
1 cinnamon stick (3 inches long ) or two tablespoons ground cinnamon powder
      2 tablespoons fennel seeds
2 teaspoons Szechuan peppercorns ( or sub 3 teaspoons regular peppercorns)
Toast any dry whole spices in a dry skillet, until fragrant, 2-3 minutes.
Place all ingredients in a spice grinder (or coffee grinder) and grind until smooth.
Store in a sealed, airtight spice jar -and for best flavor use within 6 months.
