Recipe:
Cut an 8oz block of mozzarella into small chunks
Stuff cheese chunks into 2 packs of lil’ smokies
Thaw out a box of puff pastry. Cut into small triangles and wrap lil smokies
Egg wash and season. Into the oven at 400° for about 20 min, or until golden brown
This will make 2 large trays of mini pigs in a blanket
