I’d have to rewatch this video but I think his view was obstructed but yeah man I feel you. The best rope guy I’ve had was a climber. They know what it’s like to be waiting in a tree. I try and edit out me chewing out the groundies. But Chris is alright. He’s young and I swear he’s me 20 years ago. Charlie’s the boss so I can only chew him out so much 😂😂😂😂
@@Theorangearborist Great, honest answer. Sitting out an important (like they all aren't, lol) gig to train/teach is always gonna cost money. RECOGNIZING which new guy is worth teaching is crucial, because we've ALL gotten the "I won't be in today" "new guy" calls, if you even GET a call.
@@tymesho Chris shows up everyday. He’s missed one day in almost a year and it was a vet/pet emergency. And that is hard to find.
