If I had to guess, it uses a rotational linear transformation to move the rings, and whenever two rings fire at once (and are thus capable of overlapping), one ring is a 180 degree rotation of the other with the colors reversed. That way, when both are rotated 90 degrees, the blue spots on one fill in the red spots on the other.
First things first: Dafuq Junko? Also Kagerou using Mamizou's people danmaku is so odd... I do like the concept of the fairies, it looks fun, tho using it for Iku too seems a little uninspiring. Reisen has cool cards, especially the 2nd one. Sanae suffered from Miracle Fruit replay but the wind thingie was nice to see at least. I wonder if someone people will do a Kyoko card that has the echo field around the player instead? So they'd have to dodge shit in such a small space (but also contend with only a few bullets in there to compensate)
Ironically, the Kyouko card idea you just brought up corresponds pretty directly to a new card added in one of the updates; Clownpiece summons a field around the player, and whenever a bullet enters that field it stops for a moment and then rushes straight towards the player at high speed.
Well I was about to write a comment asking where you’ve been for the past 3 months until I read a comment on a comment you commented on saying that you’re getting a Batchelor degree So instead I decided to write a comment commenting on how I’m not commenting

How does the math for this spell even work!?

There we go!

The download doesn't work. I checked the dropbox link, and it looks like the archive was deleted.
Hey, I'm working on it. Within hours after my work I'll try to reach the author. Maybe they provide new links for us.
