To be honest: I have no real info about what Shrines & Youkai Script Festival (or S&Y for short) is. I only know it is annual and many script creators are up into a challenge, to deliver some fine quality stuff.
(...I think I need to ask him personally about it some day...)
Initiated by Python I assume, "festivals" like these for certain breed some really neat scripts and fangames. Soooo, keep 'em coming!
