(Mera Bohat failed experience hua aesay) itnay size ky jb piece hon to ATLEAST 2-3 hrs isko marinate krky rakhein mostly I prefer to marinate it overnight (phir soft bi bnta ha) or agr steamer na ho to aik bara bartan (pateeli) lykr usme without oil pieces ko low flame pr cover krky rakh dein khudi yogurt Kay Pani me pakk jayega or usay 30 min steam dey dein fully tender hojayega chicken bilkul bi steamer ki ZAROORAT nahi kunkay menay dono se krkay dekha same result ND now I am pro at it Alhamdulillah 🙏after so much failures
