Zabardast idea for guest.!! One can pre-marinade it, then steam cook it while making pilao, rice salad or dhall to accompany it and dessert while it is steaming
Tried exactly the way it is presented. However cooked chicken for 45mins. I had it with salad and corn. Good recipe and I would rate it 8/10. Thanks for your effort

@ComfortZone Not everyone has Oven. It's really convenient and if you are concerned about carcinogenic, just marinate the chicken with spices as well and cook without butter paper in pressure cooker!
Excellent dish, I cooked last night and it came out very well! Though I had to cook for an hour on low heat instead of 25-30 minutes. The spice mixture was just awesome! My family could believe that there is no oil in the recipe. Thanks and Love from Gurgaon, India.
JazakAllahu Khayr for bestest and easiest steam chicken tikka recipe. I made it today. My family loved it. It was super finger licking chicken. I didn't steam in pan I baked it in oven for 45 minutes. Also I baked some potatoes half boiled them with salty water then drained them sprinkled little oil then sprinkled same dry masala that I made for chicken. It was just amazingly delicious food. Tysm
