I appreciate your videos- thank you! I was wondering, what camera do you think has the better underwater image quality to you- GoPro 13 or the Action 4?
That’s a great question! I would lean more towards the hero 12 or the hero 13 as they are pretty much the same…although the action 4 isn’t bad, I’m also getting ready to post a video about the action 5 pro in the next 2 or 3 weeks
Linear and hyperview have distort images in sides/corners, wide is perfect for underwater. Color Natural seems the way to go. Slow motion at 20% is amazing. Regarding the Osmo 5Pro it seems to have more potencial due their hardware but they rush their firmware on launch day, and the gopro 13 is more a finished product with very stable firmware.
Yeah i agree, I think linear is too narrow as well…and I agree with the stability of the hero 13’s software which is surprising because they have had so many issues in the past…I haven’t noticed any bugs with the 13 so far and I have been using it a lot…however I’m not noticing any difference in quality from the 12…which isn’t the worst thing because I liked the way the hero 12’s white balance performed underwater
Which river in Texas was this shot in it looks amazing
Been waiting for your review! Thanks as always!!!
Of course, Hope you enjoyed it!
Great review! What housing are you using and where one can get a two-arm rig like that?
Thank you, the tray is from Newer and the housing is from Telesin you can search for those on Amazon….
hello, when can we expect the next video for hero 13 best setting for underwater?
Hopefully very soon!

@@scottbauerbelow Thanks for the advice! Wish it was possible to combine the pros of both cameras into one!
