If you listen to the studio song you will hear distinctly backup vocalist. If you try to sing this song with zero backup you will have a hard time sounding at all as good as the original song. In fact even in the parts without the backup vocalist there is some sort of F*ckery going on, either it is the singer doing the song twice and brought into the song later, or a digital effect. I cannot tell... but it is there.
