    I understand this as no other. In 2009, i got diagnosed with leukemia. I had much pain in my arms because it produces pain in the bones of your body. after a while the pain went down to my legs and feet. When they gave me my first chemo, i felt the pain going away. Of course, i was really sick! Vomiting, getting infections because my immune system was down etc... i had 4 chemo therapy's and then they told me i was in remission. Sad enough, in 2010, i had a relapse. That's when they decided to give me a stemcel-transplantation, (bone marrow). Man, after that transplantation, i needed to learn how to eat and how to walk again. When i finally got better. In 2012, i got a complete rejection from the stemcel donor, (GVHD - Graft Versus Host). It's so bad that i've gotten into a wheel chair, which i'm still am today, and for the rest of my live probably...
    I was 26 at that time. I'm 31 right now. (23 when diagnosed with leukemia). So, i've had my fair battle already too. I have pain everyday, because of the GVHD, the feeling that you got in your face (nerve pain, feeling as if you are burned), but then all over my body. I had so many infections i can't possibly make the whole story here, because i don't want to take too much of your time (if you would read it.) For those who do read, well, thank you, i guess :-) Sorry my English isn't too perfect, because if it was, i could go into more detail. I also had "Candida/Candidas", but i was on a lot of cortisone/Steroids. So yeah, that will take your immune system down.
    When i got diagnosed with leukemia, sure enough, My relationship with my girlfriend was over in a heartbeat, all of my friends didn't really contact me anymore and i lost a lot of them. The same with my job, they kicked me out, just as if it was nothing. But i won't give up. I never do.
    Thanks for sharing Jonathan! I hope you get well better soon! :-)

      Jonathan Morrison You have no idea how good it makes me feel to know that someone that inspires me to do what I love has had the same problems as I have had. I got very sick from antibiotics after getting my wisdom teeth out and doctors just kept giving me more antibiotics. I finally did my own research and changed my diet which is the only thing that helped. And as for going or to eat, I know that frustration I can never eat most places either and I hate asking about specific ingredients when I do have to go out. I'll end my long comment there but I just wanted to say thank you for making this video. It has made me feel not so alone in this.

      This is one of those crazy weird sounding home remedy type things but trust me this works like all the time. You should take a little bit of your own saliva and put it in your eye. Allopathy bro.
      I don't wanna look biased, but to the best of my knowledge, Homoeopathy is the only real way to cure a disease.
      P.S. My father is a Homoeopathic doctor.

    • @zain4019
      @zain4019 7 лет назад +2

      Aaman Chowdhury yes, that can help. But sometimes YOU NEED antibiotics, like for a bacterial infection. So rather than have a crusade against modern treatment, a blend of both is the best.

    • @Aaman27
      @Aaman27 7 лет назад

      greenthumb b
      Biasness is not good at any aspect. There are many areas that only Allopathy has the answer, specially for immediate actions.
      Nothing against antibiotics. It's just they're not the real answer to any cure. (I'm no expert in this field, hence I have no thorough knowledge to get to a conclusive conclusion. Just my own philosophical and psychological expertise and through discussion with my father who is a very deft Homoeopathic doctor and a good person in general, is my background regarding my take on the matter.)
      P.S. My father himself says, "Both are needed."

    • @ProTomahawks
      @ProTomahawks 7 лет назад +1

      Aaman Chowdhury homeopathy is definitely not the only real way to cure disease. I work in a microbiology lab. Appropriate use of antibiotics is very important in curing bacterial infections.

      @coolakshaye0103 7 лет назад

      "I don't wanna look biased, but to the best of my knowledge, Homoeopathy is the only real way to cure a disease"
      That's the same as saying "i'm not racist but..." and them proceed to telling a racist comment.
      I'm a medical student, and after reading your comment, i wanted to know what homeopathy is. I got this off the internet:
      'It is based on the principle of 'like cures
      like'. In other words, a substance taken in small amounts will cure the
      same symptoms it causes if it were taken in large amounts'
      I can't see how it can apply to all diseases though. How does it apply to genetic and autoimmune diseases (like SLE).
      But i can see how it can NOT apply... for instance in someone with severe hypersensitivity to nuts. even trace amounts could kill him.
      My point is, although I like alternative treatments too, i think that they should be used in combination with medical therapy.
      In China, most hospitals now include some Traditional Chinese drugs or procedures along with the medical therapy.
      I don't think homeopathy is a good enough stand-alone form of treatment, especially for complicated diseases.

    Jonathan, I feel very bad for you, man. This video is truly inspiring for many people. Understanding that you are not just youtube-star without any problems is making people feel great connection to you. What you actually did - stopped believing in conventional medicine is pretty brave. You tried diet to fix your problems, something your doctors would never tell you do.
    Because of antibiotics usage for every problem, our guts are being destroyed by medicine. Despite being anti-alternative-medicine guy, I started to shift to the field of medicine called "functional medicine". And I believe you can find a lot of great stuff there, but probably you've already did. If you heard things like "leaky gut" and/or "sibo", you probably know what I am talking about. These things are on the edge of being accepted by conventional medicine, but I am starting truly believing all this stuff. I understand completely what you are talking about, all these yeast infections etc.
    Jonathan, I'm not a doctor, and not involved in selling/seminars or anything of that. Just regular IT guy. But because of my and my wife's health issues, we are doing very similar to the stuff you are doing and experimenting with supplements, blood tests, dieting and of course chicken broth, which is considered too magical, to be true, but still :-)
    You probably won't see my comment. If you do - write me! We can share our findings. If you have no time - no problem. Just don't forget to google for "s. boulardii", l-glutamine for sealing gut, ACV, scdlifestyle, kombucha, Chriss Kresser, nystatin, Dr. Axe (last two with pinch of skepticism). I hope you will find something useful to improve your health.

I am sorry that you have been prescribed many antibiotics as you stated, it kills your microbiome (good microbes), and gives an opportunity for the bad ones (opportunistic pathogens) to thrive and possibly create superbugs. Here's a way to save animals : Furs,bags aka STUFF THAT PEOPLE DONT NEED. Animals were and are attacked by predators. It's nature's cycle. But cutting a crocodile's head to make a fucking bag? Now that's where ''vegans'' should actually focus. Kthxbye.

      Henry Pham Anti inflammatory, antiviral, immune boosting for the cold. They said they use both ginger and turmeric for "cold, flu and early infection", not for one thing specifically. They really are all great because these roots work in a multidimensional way. Colds can lead to infections too don't forget.

    Wow man, aside from the dental issues this sounds just like me. I've taken so many antibiotics in my life because i get sick pretty frequently and since elementary school I've gotten stomach aches to the point where I'm crying and it feels like you described, razor blades in your stomach. I've had every test you can think of done and they were never able to figure out what was wrong with me. I also feel lethargic all the time and have serious brain fog. I need to look into the conclusion you came too. Appreciate the story Jonathan! Keep doin what you're doin!

      Welcome to the stomach razor and brain fog club... mine stomach was freaking out because of coffee and cigarettes.. So glad I quit both at the same time.. it is much better but it still comes back from time to time when I eat i.e. barbecue or chipotle dips.. once got a brain fog as I was driving and after an hour drive I realized I was on a totally different town from that I actually wanted to go to :/ that was scary as hell.. Turned out it was everything caused by me eating nothing for breakfast but coffee with a cig. Eating healthy and regular exercise can make a huge impact. Hope you get well soon.

      This is the same thing that happened to me except the dental and it took them 7 weeks and around 6 doctors to figure out what is actually wrong. I ended up having an almost burst appendix and a Gaul bladder infection where it was inflamed inside out. I had that same razorblade feeling. I had gotten back from that then got a really bad concussion and it brought back all the stomach pains and issues i had before plus the fogginess now and im still healing. Just keep going man it'll get better.

      iMiguelAOG people who go after as many girls as possible usually don't find what they're looking for and end up feeling empty. It's because what they're really searching for is love, and flings definitely don't get you that. So just try to be the best version of yourself you can be. Change one thing, no matter how small, about you every day or every couple days, and see the difference a year later. That someone who loves you for who you will come. Also remember to love your family. It's easy to find joy in them, and they won't be around forever. So cherish what you have right now and enjoy the little things. (sorry if this might sound a little preachy, I wrote this just in case you read these words and they lead you in the right direction) :)

    I am a researcher and I can tell you that your gut bacteria...nevermind all the other bacteria (liver, kidneys, skin, etc.), are the most important aspect of your health. It can even be linked to the main reason for obesity in healthy active people (not overeaters).
    Take probiotics along with your antibiotics ALWAYS and continue the probiotics for 2 weeks after the antibiotics are finished. And take a good one, don't cheap out on your health...a quick google search on probiotics goes a long way.

    So glad to hear you found the solution to your health issues! I, too, have an autoimmune disease with a dietary solution. Gonna be honest here, though, and say that it's frustrating to see people in the comments shitting on doctors. Luckily, I have access to several great health care systems, but when I was throwing up every day and becoming extremely malnourished, it was the doctors who figured out the solution to my problems (I had coeliac disease, which is a genetic disorder in which the body treats gluten as an invader and then attacks the gut tissue. I was placed on a strict gluten free diet.). Now, my older brother just found out about a month ago that he has a (luckily, very treatable) form of cancer, and the doctors are seriously working miracles. Yeah, he feels like shit and its painful to watch, but the treatment they're giving him lead to a 43% reduction in the size of his tumor after his first treatment (they were expecting about 20%). So to see people act as though doctors are careless nitwits who don't know what they're doing when they are actually backed up by hundreds of years of scientific research and huge amounts on training is really annoying. I've been through the medical system more than a couple times, and the doctors really are incredible. Homeopathy is bullshit and backed up by literally no science. Doctors have become more conservative in the past few years about prescribing antibiotics. Of course, I'm very happy that a dietary solution worked for Johnathan and it definitely can be the solution (I'm living proof), but that's not the solution to all problems either.
    Doctors know the body better than you do. Period.

    Hey man, great video. I had a similar situation, I had gone to the dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction, the tooth was so deep (and I was awake) that I witnessed the dentist struggling to take it out, called over another dentist and they were both walking each other through the process. After what seemed like a week, trust me it did, they finally got it out, sewed me back up and prescribed me medication... AKA antibiotics and tylenol. So after about two weeks of taking the antibiotics I felt terrible. But there was one day, mind you this was summer and I am always hot, even in the winter time, where I took the antibiotics as prescribed and ended up being in bed, shivering of cold, had terrible stomach pains, threw up multiple times, had no energy, and no appetite. I went months going in and out of the hospital after this incident with no proper diagnoses, knowing nothing of what was wrong with me, eating junk, while doing my own research but still not knowing what I had going on (webmd narrowed it down to three things). Almost a year goes by and I am finally diagnosed with UC, Ulcerative Colitis, a chronic disease with no known cure. I wish it had just been an infection, still searching and hoping for a cure. Get well soon! And keep up the great videos.

    Probiotics are great. 30 Billion count or more are very effective. I take them any time I have upset digestive system. They help the body have more good bacteria that can kill and take over the bad bacteria! They are over the counter. You can also get probiotics in yogurt and milk, but the sugar intake would not be good. I use probiotics America, but there are cheaper versions in Walgreens and other health stores.

    This amazing to hear. I totally relate. I went to my dermatologist because I was struggling with ache and my wedding was coming up in a year. He gave me a bunch of topical prescriptions, told me to change my makeup, and put me on doxycycline. I wanted to clear up my face so bad that I followed the instructions he gave. After 8 months I literally could feel the food passing through my intestines. I stopped taking the antibiotics and during my monthly visit I told him I had to stop taking them. Then I got eczema which I never have had in my life. It was so painful and it was in my scalp, eye, face, and body. I knew that because the antibiotics killed all the good bacteria the natural yeast in my body was taking over. I have been pumping up my vitamins, eating healthier, exercising, and taking probiotics. After 2 and a half years my eczema is pretty much gone and I rarely feel like there is a knife in my intestines passing through. I have learned a lot and try to stay away from antibiotics they are good when you need them, but take probiotics when you take them. I am glad you are feeling better and I wish you good health!
