Hosur is the most neglected (from the point of view of State Government). There is no good government hospital, government school, no good roads, no drainage and sewage system, no government engineering college, no medical College, other educational institutions.
To develop Hosur as a special city, and whatever Kanavu this gentleman has mentioned, first there should be a change of attitude and mindset on the part of the government, which we can expect from DMK and ADMK governments.
If these two governments were really interested in governance, they could have taken Tamilnadu to the No 1 positions in terms of GDP, per capita income, standard of living, ease of doing business, ease of living, No 1 tourist place in the country. Talentwise TN is No.1 in India. Instead of nurturing the talents, they have driven out talented people to other states and and abroad.
We can't expect these from these two parties.

Distance between blore electronic City and hosur is just 25 kms ... Athuvum border ku 11.2 kms than... Just 22.5 kms than needed for metro connectivity... Rose garden, floating theatre dharga lake, cycling tracks are super idea... Earlier cattle farm was there as a tourist spot in denkanikotta road... Now they closed that ... Reopening cattle farm will also contribute for cultainment instead of golf court ... There are lot of lakes in hosur like blore... These lakes are not at all utilised... Making jogging track and parks near and around those lakes will also add to the local recreation...
Same things can be done close to Chennai also, export facilities will be an very good attraction considering Chennai harbour.
Hosur Has a Railway station connecting Banglore to salem, with some express and local trains.
From chennai trains directly enter bglr from Malur, where as no train Track from Malur to Hosur. Mainly connecting road from Hosur to Kolar by bus / Road only.

Great ideas. But practicability of these ideas is a question mark!
Bengaluru and Hosur is also a water source for some of the rivers like Thenpennai, Kaveri and few others. The lake waters in these places flow into these rivers. I am afraid that with the infrastructure & Industry developements, water sources and nature to harvest rain will be spoiled. It is alread spoild though! During summer, some places in Hosur experiance water scarcity. Water and clean air is essential for all beings. Expecting the city to grow bigger, what plans available to supply water and food for the beings in here. The mountains around Hosur are already mined. I am afraid there is no plans to maintain the environment and agriculture in here; rather ruin them.

Don't spoil the natural beauty of hosur with your stupid ideas. Whatever you speak suppose if it comes then hosur becomes a north indian city only. Already bengaluru is spoiled & flooded with north indians. We have to search for Kannadigas in bengaluru. Like that don't create a situation where we have to search for Tamil people.

Cattle farm in hosur is not maintained properly. It is one of the best tourists spots in hosur. Instead of implementing new tourist spots we can make the available spots into good ones. Implementing golf courts may acquire large amount of area and the area you have mentioned is near denkanikottai and mathigiri which are good in agriculture which may be depleted. And then instead of implementing various parks, provide good hospital infrastructure which includes high medical care can be appreciated. In this video, education and healthcare is not mentioned. It is the basic need and suggest you everyone to look into it instead of hi tech city pleasures. The hi tech dream can be even achieved after 10 years but education and healthcare is much more important than that
