  • Ever wonder what a Shell Prepper looks like inside? Or how it works explained on a granular level? Then this is the video for you. I keep tolerances to within 1/32" to achieve the proper geometry of shell/blade contact. The hole diameter, hole alignment, blade location all have to be just right to get a smooth action and repeatable results. Thanks for watching. Rate Comment Subscribe. nice workmanship u got.. i really love the way it progressed from a idea to a prototype to a "ready product" then you post some more vids and people pitch in with ideas and u mix in you own and it evolves into a really really awesome thing.. Free internet is great :)
He,h A picture conveys a thousand words.. and a youtube vid conveys a thousand pictures!

      Mountain Storm
hi. love your channel and your handiwork. especially love your attitude and personality that comes across on your videos, you seem like an awesome person. as for your question, to be honest, after seeing a shell cutter you invented/developed that left no roll rim before, i made a 4 blade model [sort of like a hole saw LOL] like the one in this video to leave a rim cause i hate the idea that a waxer might pop into the barrel when cycling from the magazine. i only said second best because, like you mentioned, if the blade breaks you must disassemble before proceeding more. with dual or quad blades, one breaking is of no importance and you can finish your cutting session without interruption. no disrespect intended in my first comment. you can mark it hidden or delete it if you want. you make great videos and your products are top quality P.S. if you use my idea you gotta send me 2 bucks per unit ;)
