Microphone quality is definitely improved. Sounds a bit brighter than the originals in my opinion.
huge difference in the quality for sure. great job by Apple for those enhancements to the microphone quality
Would've loved a mic-comparison to the AirpodsPro2 as well at the end there!
Is find my better implemente on this buds? I lost my buds and the find my on those was not helpful it never really showed me where they were
Should I sell my Airpods 3 barely used and get these? The Airpods 3 are no good for the gym without a seal and ANC so I barely used them
Are they good for working out or running? I would rather get these then the ones with the hooks.
These are an improvement over the 1st gen buds. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxK5mc3yw4xA7Mf2j6k6n1Uqv_KUgrKdeM Pros: The fit is fantastic. This is the biggest plus. They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.
I’d say it’s very good for the price. Very good features and also the battery life is very impressive
I have the original Beats Studio and the one thing I didn’t like about it was the hissing noise it makes when you put it in transparency mode.
The only channel that I could have the mic test for this device. Thanks for your review!
How do these compare to the Beats Fit Pro?
Is eartips compatible with older products? (beats studio buds or beats fit pro)
Last week I found the AirPod pro 2 at Target for $200, so I bit the bullet and bought them. And I gotta say HOLY GEEZ! Coming from wired headphones it’s like a whole new world of sound. Noise cancellation combined with that head tracking spacial audio is mind blowing. I hear an instrument behind me, turn around and it’s in front of me. I haven’t been shocked by a new piece of technology in a long time and I couldn’t be enjoying them more.
It sounds like 2023 Studio Buds microphone records frequency gain around 3000 Hz, ie. the area that makes voices sound clearer
The OGs had a hissing sound so I have them up for the Fit Pro. Great for workouts. I wear the AirPods Pro around the house
Does the fit pro still sound better
I have Airpods pro and since 2020 had my earpbuds replaced by apple 3!!! times as a apart of 3yr recall campaign but now for me the campaign is over and my airpods pro have that terrible noise again! Ideally I would buy Pro2 model but I don’t want to buy something that will break down again in a year or two so I am looking at beats buds. While plus version is 150 usd on Amazon previous version is 90 so I will be going with previous version as I don’t think that new upgare is worth paying almost twice the price. Please correct me if I’m wrong
These look amazing, but the only thing holding me back is no H2 and autoswitching. I have the Beats Fit Pro over these for that reason. But if there is iCloud pairing, that may be a good compromise. I feel like I might like the way these fit more in my ear.
I have the old version. They have iCloud paring. So I’m sure the new ones would as well. If these new ones had auto switch
If these new ones had auto switching I would upgrade immediately. The case for the fit pro looks so huge though
I personally hate auto switching. iCloud was the key missing feature for me so I’m glad it’s here
@@macrumors it isn’t missing. It was missing at launch but was added later
Soo its better for earpods pro 2 mage safe or no tel me please?!
Wonder if long term, they will turn yellow.
they look so awesome
Shout outs to that crazy Menzingers shirt.
They look like they’re made of glass, I love the design .classy and silky smooth. The vocal is much better in the new studio buds .i would say a little bit clearer . At least for me .Hopefully the sound quality is good too . Thanks 🙏 for the reviews
Yeah it definitely has better voice isolation. No background noise when silent
I have both and I think the beats are better than the AirPods Pro 2 sounds super good 👍🏽
Call quality the same in your quiet hime office. Need noisy street comparison.
The problem with Beats (every variation) is usually call quality. People often complain about sounding far away etc. Has this been addressed? It seems that with Beats, the sound quality is pretty good, but if you need to make a call, better stick with AirPods.
Lol I just bout the first gen studio buds a little over 2 weeks ago(to late to return)
can they switch between android and apple devices ?
I don’t think there’s auto switch so it’s manual if you wanna switch from one to another
@@Vegitobluuuuu ok thanks !
So it is not a true multipoint Bluetooth...
@@yoyo-dm1uf yeah it’s not seamless because of differences between the operating systems
The new microphone sounds a lot worse. It would be the winner if the harsh whistling S's were cut and the strange digital metallic sound were also removed. I didn't hear those disturbances in your example of the old microphone.
These are not worth it for Apple Users. You’re better off getting AirPods Pros 2 while it’s on discount from Amazon or somewhere else. With them missing head tracking and precision finding that make them a dealbreaker for me. For Android users though I think this would be a good choice. It has competitive features for that space.
🤩 i own the beats studio buds and i would buy this one to upgrade it
Let us know what you think!
1:47 POV:you breathe from your mouth
You missed something: sound quality
Why not mic comparison with AirPods and AirPods Pro? Disappointed ☹️
Comparison to AirPods coming soon
Rad vid. Rad shirt.
Oof. Both mics sound pretty bad. 2023 mic sounds tinny
I see what Apple did there when they chose $169.00 as the price for these earbuds.
What did they do? 😏
The original Studio buds were so bad compared to AirPods Pro 1st gen that I find it hard to believe these compare well vis-à-vis AirPods Pro gen 2.
Not better Apple Pro’s have location beeping noise to find case plus wireless charging beats not better
Why do I have this weird feeling that, the 1st buyers (especially those who are in the Apple ecosystem) of these Beats Studio Buds Plus will still have the bad surprise to see released in 1-2 months Beats Fit Pro Plus that will have all the advantages of Airpod Pro 2 🤔
On the other hand, frankly, I do not see any interest of this product for those who are on Android, it is actually at the same price as Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, Pixel Buds Pro and other Soundcore, 1More, Nothing Ear 2, OnePlus Buds Pro 2, JBL Live Pro 2 by offering fewer features ...🤷🏽♂️
My Beats Fit Pro recently broke so I’m using my Beats Studio Buds. Now I need to decide if I get these or wait.
@@mikepotapa5773 I would advise you to wait so you don't have any regrets or don't have to make an extra expense.
At worst, if within 3-4 months the Beats Fit Pro Plus have not been released, the price of the Beats Studio Buds Plus will have dropped by a lot.
Waiting is hard. There’s always something that’s better around the corner. Personally these sound great and are much cheaper than other premium options. They offer a seamless experience with Apple products and even android phones via the app.
@@macrumors thanks! I miss the seamless experience that my beats fit pro gave me. The original Beats Studio buds just don’t have that seamless feel.
All the earbuds you listed are trash. They are older products and if people wanted them they'd have bought them by now. Who cares if Beats Fit Pro 2 come our later...different style of earbuds for a different audience. Beats earbuds are the best option for anyone with an iOS and an Android device. The Beats brand has 2 different styles and is an option for people who just don't like the way AirPods look...it's that simple
"computational audio".
Arent these apple earbuds? Since apple bought beats, the whole products went downhill
Putting those things in your ear is equivalent to putting your head in a microwave for 2 minutes "have fun"
PLULS ISBTER.
the studio buds + are way better
They definitely beats nothing.
Just take my like, lol
lol the beats fit pros are better than the airpods pro why are you surprised?
Earbuds are disposable they don’t last more than 2 years battery life assuming you don’t lose them. Don’t spend more than a $100 because you’ll need to replace them every year or two.
Business model for the apple acolyte a**holes. Get them to buy a new thing every 18 months.
More test cases for shoddy products than any other tech company
I found the AirPod Pro 2 for $200 at Target last week. I’m happy to pay $100 dollars a year to own them. In two years they’ll have a new and improved model, and I’ll be happy pay a couple more hundred bucks and so on. My iPhone 6 Plus lasted 6 years. My 12 mini is doing great a couple years in. For the quality I think apple’s prices are reasonable, especially if you wait for a sale.
