These are on sale for 129. The AP pros are still between 220-240. These sound great and the anc is impressive for the price. Working out in a gym is wayyyyy better with these vs standard buds so if I were on the fence on buying buds beyond 100, these make the right argument with their features and damn good sound quality

Hope the beats fit pro 2 are on the horizon. I like these but the lack of wings makes them slip out of my ears eventually
For me it seems the in--ear detection and water/sweat resistant case of AirPods Pro 2 makes it the better choice vs the beats studio pro+ and I suppose worth $80 extra) But I am tempted to buy beats studio pro+ just for the USB-C charge port! 😑
They need to update the Powerbeats Pro for running and biking. We need the hooks!

Hey, just an average, casual user for wireless ear buds use... (not a edm or heavy bass fan/user) how is this buds + model compared to the samsung galaxy buds pro in overall performance ? Im interested in the buds + model due to the improvement audio quality, microphone and bigger, longer battery life over its standard buds model...

Brought a pair for the Apple Store and had to return them but the packaging made it seems like it either refurbished or at least opened but when I connected them to my phone a constant buzzing was going on while music, watching RUclips and on calls the buzzing was continuous and the Audio quality wasn’t great but with all the good reviews I’m assuming I just got a bad pair!
Will stick to my power Beats Pro for now but will need an update eventually as it’s been 5 years now

I was wondering about the buttons. I just picked up the (original) Studio Buds and the buttons are TOUCHY. I might return them and get the Studio Buds +. Was looking for a direct comparison between the two and didn’t see it.
I got them yesterday and did a weight lifting sesh, stayed in my ear the whole time, pretty happy with them
But do they pass the clench test? I see all these reviewers shake their heads to simulate movement, but no one seems to clench their teeth to simulate strain during a weightlifting session, which is WAY more common for a gym lift! Does it actually pass that? I find very few earbuds can stay in comfortably when you clench or chew and consistently slip a little or entirely fall out. And when it’s noise canceling reliant on a seal, even a small shift can be jarring mid heavy set

Just did a chew test with gummy bears which I'd have to argue is a very good test in many ways. :) Didn't move and I didn't notice them dislodge with heavy lifts either.
Just so we’re all on the same page: clench test while sweating, how do they work? I just picked up some fit pros last week for workouts, but the BSB+ are looking good too.

I like Jabra because they truely fit well in small ears. So does the new small tip make it feel the same as Jabra or will they potentially fall out like the original studio buds? That’s the issue I had with them.
If you're looking for a good fit, nothing comes close to Jabra. I've personally had the most secure fit with Jabras.

I just got the plus but couldn't find the settings for "spatial sound" on my phone. Do they not come with spatial sound setting or is it integrated in the earphones and cannot be switched on/off?
How do they compare to the original AirPods Pro? Mine are on their way out, and I'm tempted by the 2's for the improved ANC, but I'm wondering if these Buds Plus are an improvement on the Gen 1 AirPod Pros?
ANC and transparency are probably still a little better on the original AirPods Pro but there's going to be a considerable difference in sound quality where these will be much more rich and full with a lot more on the low end.
I switched to these from AirPods Pro 1st gen & I actually prefer ANC & transparency on these. You can’t adjust transparency like on AirPods but the sound quality to me is just plain better for my preferences. I noticed that at the same volume the beats also produce more sound & bass.

How easy is it to skip tracks using the buttons while running? I have a hard time using the squeeze controls on the airpod pros and I'm considering to get these purely for the buttons.
Super easy. One tap to pause, two to skip and three to go back (3 is a tad tricky). You can also customise the press and hold function to either cycle through noise cancelling settings or volume up or down.

I went to Apple to test both of them out. Because I'm on Android, I went for the Buds+ and I'm glad I did because the sound is so much crisper. The Beats FitPro is a little bassier and has more functionality if you've got an iPhone. Both are fine for training
I have the original Powerbeats Pro when they were first released and now are struggling to hold battery life. I was considering beats fit pro but sure anymore.
I just picked up some beats fit pro and considering returning for these too. It seems like based on other comments they would stay in the ear just fine and the only thing I would be giving up is the in ear detection.

Yup! That’s the way I use them when cycling just to have better awareness
No wireless charge, Larger case, No in ear detection, No automatic transfer, No Find-Me with iPhone. Why not just get everything with AirPods Pro 2?
Likely comes down to security for sports, sound signature, and phone compatibility.
but acutually sometimes automatic transfer function sucks. I always set my iPhone as silent mode but once it made a sound when the airpods transfer to my Mac. really embarrassed

If you only on apple and plan on staying go for the AirPods Pro’s they are all around better but if your switching here and there to android and a universal earbuds and good sound the beats are the best option
If you like over your head headphones the Beats Solo Pro that for i can't even think of a good reason were discontinued by apple. I have these transparent new studio buds + and i can't lie they are excellent but they aren't as good as my solo pros. They have better noise cancellation and transparent mode and they last 40 hours on a charge 40 hours!!! And if you charge them for 5-10 minutes you get about 5 hours of battery. And if you have an iphone they are even better as they use apples H1 chip that has updated drivers and easy to integrate with your iphone . It will recognize them right away and you can use siri with the touch of s button. The beats solo pros always had great reviews from critics and users but i guess apple for some reason had to axe a headset and maybe sales were dropping with all these new buds that have come out. But im sure happy i bought the solo pros and they were not cheap,i paid full price which was 449.99 $ ! Definitely not cheap but worth every dollar. And in the last year they were selling, Apple made a bunch of awesome designs and best buy still have refurbs for pretty cheap and if you are a fan of over the head beats then im being 100% serious about the solo pros they are my favorite headphones by far. These new beats studio buds + are amazing and very comfortable and give you 4 extra size buds to get the perfect fit for you. They are hip and look and sound fantastic and they do sound noticeably better then the ones before Them. The battery lasts longer for the buds and the case. And those transparent are selling like hotcakes! Sorry about the long post i wanted to give you other options to think about.
Des - Would you wear these while mtb ?
For gravel and light MTB but for anything rougher I’d go for something more secure.

Yup, anything with an over the ear hook will be more secure than strictly in-ear buds but may not work for people who are sensitive to something resting above the ear
