Wireless charging, am okay without it, and it's nice to know it's seamless between Android and iOS! The design is also 💯

I love mine! Got the transparent version from Amazon for $145. Surprised it doesn't have wireless charging too, but it's not a huge deal breaker. They sound better than my AirPods Pro, the ANC is better, BT range is better, and I've noticed different tones in music that I've never heard before.

Regarding your claim about the buds+ fitting better than the original I have to say I stand by it. I compared both the original and the buds+ and noticed on the buds+, the area that rests in your ear is more round compared to the flatter/square shape of the originals. It's a small detail but the fit is much much better. The ear tips help as well because the material feels different. I put the buds+ tips on the originals and they still didn't fit well due to the flat shape.

I got these and they were great earbuds. Unfortunately after swapping over with a replacement pair of these I had to rerun them and get something else. They main issues that I was having were when ANC is enabled when I am talking I am getting a wired kind of distorted feedback coming through only the left earbud. It happened as well on my second replacement pair as well. I was using a Samsung S21 with them. Not sure if it was software or hardware related to be honest.

I really wish at this price point that they supported wireless charging just because I have a 3 in 1 dock keeping cables down.
Back in the day, apple used to make transparent devices. They just restarted it because of nothing, but I like Apple's way better because it's more like frosted clear or matte clear, not just clear!
I looked it up and that was in the 90s and early 2000s. They didn’t stop because of nothing.

I’ve have these for a few months and they are amazing. I use them more than AirPods Pro because I prefer the fit and sound quality, the AirPods have slightly better ANC.

Can you compare these with the Nothing Ear 2?
These DO NOT have multipoint connectivity. I can pair my pixel buds pro to my iPad and pixel 7pro and those switch seamlessly between the two. The buds plus do not. Unless I'm missing a firmware update or something.
Curious to know why any of the jabra models didnt make it on the list for ANC? Do you have a Decibal reading for any jabra product?
just got mine last night at target right before closing time. I actually love them and are better than the last model. Those transparent one's look sick as hell. Are they the best? No I still think that the AirPods Pro's and the Bose QC2 are better, but these look way cooler thought.
Excellent review. I’ve had these for about a month now. I got them at Costco on sale for only $129 with 2 years Apple Care included.
I like all the pros you mentioned. Sound quality is great, they are very comfortable, the mic for calls is excellent, the button control is great.
Down Sides:
1. Batter Life:
The battery does not seem as long as the specs say.
I also had the 1st gen of these and while I liked those too, the battery life was awful on them.
These are an improvement, but still less than quoted.
2. Buggy:
I’ve been regularly experiencing weird bugs. They will randomly lose connection. Then I have to go into phone settings to disconnect and reconnect. Not often, but at least 2-3 times a week.
They have also occasionally randomly connected to my phone, when they are still in the case, in my pocket, and I haven’t touched them.
This has happened 2-3 times. To solve it, I had to completely turn off Bluetooth on my phone. (I am using an iPhone 14 Pro Max)
Last bug, occasionally when I have them in and try to turn on ANC (on the phone), it will say I need to put both buds in my ears… when they are both in my ears.
I have tried taking them out, putting them both in the case, waiting, and trying again… still didn’t work.
The work around seemed to be to control ANC using the buttons on the buds themselves. That has also happened only 2-3 times.
These bugs are rare, but annoying. However, overall… I absolutely love these.
Hopefully in time, software updates will fix the bugs, and/or 3rd generation will be a charm.
I loved the 1st and 2nd gen Airpods (original, not pro). I tried the AirPods Pro and those didn’t fit my ears well and the squeeze control was annoying to me.
I love the fit and control of these. Best earbuds I’ve had so far.
I’ve also had multiple other Beats, AirPods, JBL, Sony, JLab, and a few random Amazon brands.
PS: 1. They do not have wireless charging.
2. They do not stop play when you remove them from ear, but I find pressing the button first and then removing is quite easy.
3. The case is a little big.
4. I still can’t decide if I like the look. It is unique, but I’m an adult, own a business, deal with client… I don’t want to look like a teenager and I feel these have a bit of a teen/college vibe.
I didn’t like the white or gold on black either. So this was the best option.
In ear, I agree, they look grey, which I like.
Sorry you’ve had problems, maybe swap them for another pair because mine have been faultless.
I love the aesthetic and thought I did enough research to determine if these were truly a good set of earbuds. Music sounds great but when I talk on the phone people are saying I sound muffled and they miss things that I say. It's been very frustrating and I've had these less than a week. I got them from the Apple Store and regretfully, I will be returning them for a full refund. I'm using an iphone 13 pro max - am I doing something wrong?
Probably a lemon unit. The mics on these are amazing even in noisy environments

Been looking around RUclips for a comparison like this. I have the Buds 2 Pro and they sound fantastic and work nicely whether Android or even Apple (without the adjustments to the buds). So if these do most everything the Samsung Buds do + sounding amazing + being cross-compatible, I'd trade these out for Beats Plus easy.

I returned theEse I found the max volume to be low. Volume is something you should talk about in your videos. The case was also pretty big tho so these aren't for me.

I love my Beats Studio Buds, but I bought the AirPods Pro 2s because the battery life was too short for my use on the Beats. Now though even though the Buds+ fix the battery issue, I don't think I'll get them. If I hadn't already bought the AirPods Pro 2s this is an instant buy. I listen to rock and metal the most and the AP Pros sound more full in the midrange while the Beats are excellent when I'm listening to rap.

Agree. I’ve gotten so used to using MagSafe wireless charging on my AirPods….it’d be tough to lose that!

Why do I have this weird feeling that, the 1st buyers (especially those who are in the Apple ecosystem) of these Beats Studio Buds Plus will still have the bad surprise to see released in 1-2 months Beats Fit Pro Plus that will have all the advantages of Airpod Pro 2 🤔
On the other hand, frankly, I do not see any interest of this product for those who are on Android, it is actually at the same price as Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, Pixel Buds Pro and other Soundcore, 1More, Nothing Ear 2, OnePlus Buds Pro 2, JBL Live Pro 2 by offering fewer features ...🤷🏽♂️

Looks great IMO. ❤ but definitely not an upgrade from beats studio buds or older airpods.
Why would you want your earbuds to pop up on your phone? When I pop my cheap soundpeats in my ears they connect with in seconds to my Samsung and all I have to do is press play. It never fails and never drop the connection.
