_Carrying_ with a round chambered is not controversial to me. However, there is a difference with weapons staged around the house. Generally, in a house fire, ammunition 'cooking off' is not much of a concern for firefighters. But the one in the chamber is a real hazard when it leaves the barrel. So the shotgun I keep in the corner to defend my home perimeter from rabid wild animals is loaded, but not chambered. If I pick it up to carry it, I can pump the action and be ready. For me, if I were to have additional guns in a safe, I might not have them loaded, for administrative purposes. Just something to consider.
I was scared to bro not going to lie I really had to understand how the internal safety work before I trusted the firearm now before I leave the house one up top always 🫡🤫💯
Yup….. same here Fam. I wasn’t all that confident with the mechanics. But ever since I started training and building firearms, I realized that it was super safe.
Even back in my revolver days, the cylinder was full.👊
Niiiiiiiice……. I think if I had a revolver back in the day I would probably have carried one cocked and locked with no issue
Always 🔥
BRO, Did I just hear you say your BDAY was Monday 9/9??? Two things. 1. Happy Birthday and 2. Monday is my birthday as well!!

If you don't carry with one in the chamber, your gun is just an expensive club!
Basically
I'm definitely a one in the chamber guy. It took time getting comfortable with that.
