I just got into guns a couple years ago. It's a great feeling knowing you can defend yourself and family if anything happens.
Welcome to the community. Glad you’re with us. Keep training. Keep being a warrior for good. Cheers!
Once you start owning and carrying guns, it feels wrong without them.
thats good fam, keep up the good training and look after your families and your peoples cause believe me the government would love to see us fall first when SHTF goes down
i really wish the laws were simple for me and others here in NJ but its not that easily simple, wish me luck tho
@@dmitrykarkov4747everywhere I go I have one on me.
THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED........THAT INCLUDES BLACK AMERICAN CITIZENS.
AMEN....Speak as a white man...Every citizen (REGARDLESS OF COLOR) has the RIGHT to defend themselves!!!
In a perfect world yes.
💯
The white trash don't think so
I'm white fukface
Good to see all law abiding U.S. citizens being able to protect themselves and their families.
So, Maryland's concealed to carry restrictions made it extremely difficult for black persons to get a license, which put minorities at even greater risk. Who would have thought the government might pass a law that made things less safe for its citizens, while also being racist too?
...... Which restrictions made it difficult just for blacks?
Yeah who would've guessed that.... LMFAO LOUDLY
gun control was originally implemented to stop black people from owning firearms. The government was just trying to get back to their roots.
It sounds like you’re telling silly stories. What specifically is MD doing to make it difficult for black citizens to get a license?
@@thomasayele5389 red tape around buying and carrying a firearm disproportionately affects minority communities.
In Georgia, all my African American friends, including the ones coming from more humble economic roots, can just go to the store, buy a firearm and legally carry it as long as they don’t have federal prohibitions. They don’t have to go to a courthouse filled with police officers, pay a fee, fill out a background check, provide a mailing address for the wcl (my friend used to live at a hotel), make sure they meet the state standards, etc.
That’s not a “silly story” that’s freedom
Gun Ownership is an American Right no matter what color you are. Don’t let them take away your rights and ability to defend yourself. Love seeing this.
Im all about black people exercising THIER second ammendment rights!!! People of Chicago and Baltimore that are law abididing citizens reserve the right to defend themselves thier families and property....PERIOD!! I'm a white male living in the free state of West Virginia and look at how the state governments are not alowing citizens to own firearms...Well done BLACK FIREARM OWNERS!!!!... We support you!!!
This means nothing , they will all vote in block for democrats, their voting means something. This doesn't
Free state 😂😂😂😂😂😂
2A is for everyone! This story must've hurt WaPo's feelings to report a pro-gun article.
Ok
As a conservative I'm happy to have them in the group of gun owners! Doesn't matter how we politically think, we all have the same rights.
They're doing it because of certain shooters entering their communities and killing innocent people because of the colour of their skin.
It's one thing to rob a man, but killing because of colour opens doors for genocide.
As a black man whose becoming more conservative, this is a good thing in many ways, and really a golden opportunity for staunch conservatives to have a way into getting much of the black vote back. Just gotta be more tactful in approach and exhibit some understanding.
We all need to band together to save 2A.
@@rehsa-zc6zqthis is what they hate.. they don’t want to see law abiding citizens of ALL backgrounds come together and not be divided. We gotta have each other’s backs.
"The 'attack' on the US Capital" 🙄😂😂 you mean the adult field trip where capital police let in the 'attackers'?
And the "attackers" walked between the velvet ropes as they moved through the Capitol. Nothing was burned down and the only person shot was an unarmed female vet.
Not much of an "attack" compared to the "mostly Peaceful 2020"
The video is insinuating black people to buy guns to protect themselves against police and right wing protesters
Our Constitutional rights are for every American, rock on.
This is unfathomably based.
Firearms ownership is serious business.
All rules of safety must be adhered to at all times.
Welcome to the family. Stay safe and don't let your ego get the best of you.
Just because you have a gun, doesn't mean it's always your first resort.
I’m not a huge gun fan but you would be silly not to at least have a hand gun in this world.
Yep the evil is scared, even the FBI wont release the full info about how many self defense shootings it was every year! They know people aint just going around harming people with legal guns, those types are rejected from the community.
Can’t wait to own a thousand guns and properly train my kids. This world is crazy best be prepared.✊🏿
✊🏾
I got to admit. Wapo did a great job on this. I don’t agree with the Washington post on a lot of issues. But this, I can roll with this. I give them credit for the information.
As it should be! Everyone has a right to the 2nd amendment.
I’ve been a black gun owner since 2004, and first obtained a CPL in 2010. Fortunately my States Laws weren’t as strict as others. States with the strictest gun laws are usually the ones with the highest crime rates.
Nope that's just a talking point.
I love to see it! Keep going and buying your firearms and exercising your rights my people✊🏾🙏🏾 stay armed. Glad to see my people making themselves defenders and not victims
Just got mine a few months ago in Maryland. It was about time.
When you have to defend your house and family you can either beg for your life or fight for your life, the choice is up to you.
They should of been owning guns since day one.
Honored to have been able to contribute to this project.
They're realizing that they truly are their first (and last) line of defense. All the riots and looting around the time of the pandemic was a major wakeup call to people who previously would never consider owning a gun. I love seeing so many new people exercising their rights.
Ignore what the media tells you about guns & race. The color of your skin means absolutely nothing. All that matters are your actions.
Sure bro
Stop saying that the Supreme Court "expanded gun rights"... They ONLY restricted the infringement which had been allowed to start.
"Restored" is probably a better word.
Because everyone should have the right to protect themselves.
WELCOME!!! WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU!!!
Last year, I saw a video of the killing of a black man who was shot in the head while getting out of his car by another black man. I decided to purchase a pistol for conceal carry. Now I own several pistols and go to the range often to train and improve my marksmanship.
Because they have a lawful right to do so! That's why!
Good for them. Training and being rational law abiding citizens
You hear yourself? That was you actually being nice though that’s the crazy part. You sure you happy we training and have guns😂
@@fdotflames8507 if you focus on race in every situation you’ll find race in every situation.
My comment was aimed at the pro gun vs anti gun debate within this video. Had absolutely nothing to do with race but thanks implying why you think you know about me
Its time to take the country back from the criminals. Our constitutionly protected rights are for ALL Americans.
As a black gun owner I try to wake my friends up and tell them to now vote for those who fight for your right to keep those guns VS taking your rights away
Calling yourself Democrats party of satan, would make me not take you seriously.
@@corvetteman0714 and who cares???
I am happy to see law abiding citizens exercising their second amendment rights. This is a very good thing and we all should support their efforts. 👍🏼👍🏼
I don't care what color my gun is as long as i can own one.
We're all equals , and the rights and laws are for everyone ... this is awesome !!! 👌
Any person can own a firearm. Learn how to use it safely and reasonably. The most dangerous person with a firearm is someone who doesn’t know how it works
Love it. The second amendment applies to all Americans. This is a very good thing.
Awesome!!! Don’t let dems take em
Lol dude stop believing the lie! Every day month yr decade etc the GOP scares you with.. they are gonna take your gums! During Obama yrs especially! Do you realize how hard it is for the lower courts then the Supreme Court (conservative majority) to take your guns? Not to mention, the potus has no say so if it came to vote! They say this to make you vote for them and buy ammo guns etc! Maybe research things and stop trying to make everything about “owning the libs” it gets old man it really does!
Here on Oahu, they gave out only 2 so far.
An armed society is a polite society. Everyone of sound and sober mind should have firearms to protect themselves their family and if need be their country.
I don't blame them this country got efed up
The gun is the modern day sword
For me its not about black, white or whatever. It's about being a law abiding citizen of the USA and exercising my 2A rights.
It’s changing but it was about color
💯💯
Normalize black people bearing arms for legitimate purposes.
Why do a news article about this?
Does it make you sad?
Gee I just can't imagine why. Perhaps because we keep them so safe?
As an African American I got my first gun because of trump and his supporters
00:37 No the Supreme Court did not expand gun rights, they rolled back decades of infringements...
Always with the race
Because that's what it boils down to.
*correction *legal black ownership
You not only have a right but the responsibility to yourself and your family to carry.
Power to the people….ALL THE PEOPLE. Black and Pro 2A please vote for your rights and not who “they” tell you to vote for…
I see this as an absolute win
If you haven't gotten your process started you're insane
Unless your young and just turned legal age and don't have much money yet like me lol
@Firefly of course that's the only exception. But you'll get there sooner than you know
@@martindeano4634 yeah I agree. Then once a pay the government to exercise that right. Its expensive to buy guns themselves these days. Then you gotta buy ammo. I don't know how anyone poor affords it.
Defeat the new "carry nowhere" bill being pushed by Maryland democratic legislators!!!!!
That's an ongoing battle.
2A rights should also apply to Orthall Wallace, but it isnt. He also is subject to brutal beatings while in custody for defending himself from being murdered.
Well first off look at their feet placement lol I would go to a better weapons trainer lol
As joe Biden just talked about gun control last night at the state of the union
LEGAL black ownership …
When seconds count, the police are only minutes away
Nice to see people taking responsibility to train and safely own firearms. I wish everyone who purchased a firearm be trained before giving the weapon to them.
Kind of like Alex Badwin ?
Wishes aren’t going to change anything but thought is the beginnings of bearing responsibility for gun ownership.
Guns are bad
@@chuckjohnson2564 In a way, yes.
@@holdon4992 So you do know that his Dad was a Marine and a High school rife team coach . Now here were it get's funny , he was Honorably discharged at Parris Island for Medical reasons. Something about an accident during Rifle instruction were he was shot .
Good.
Hearing more stories about home invasions and surprise the invaders get shot etc. But also hearing more accidents due to carelessness. But the accidents generally seem to be on the bad guys side of the column. Like keeping guns laying out in the open to protect their drugs etc.
Training is key. Gun safety isn't difficult, but it is very important. If gun control was truly about safety, there would be free gun safety courses available to every member of the public. Not everyone can afford to take a basic pistol or rifle class, but we all really should.
swaggy
Legal black owners on the rise
I love that everyone that can does and protects themselves
The second amendment community is growing in great numbers across all ethnicities. Responsible gun owners are the best group of people you'll have the privilege to meet.
Defense
Based.
This is good. Gun Control is racist! The Bruen case mentioned in this video requires historical president: gun control advocates have only been able to point to racist laws at the time that were to keep blacks from getting firearms.
had nothing to do with GF or Jan 6th..... its was the state being told they cant stop ppl from using their rights.
LEO blue targets?
Yeah this is what they fear
Literally the only thing I've seen close for black history month. I couldn't be more proud to hear it be about 2A.
Aloha from Hawaii's 2A community
I just hope these fine people support politicians that support there rights!!
The second amendment does not give the right to bear arms. Read it again. The second amendment denies the government the authority to deny that right to the citizens.
Why does it matter if they are black? Everyone deserves a firearm to protect themselves and family. I'm not getting why them being black matters at all.
Because you never know when you have to put a yt or any other non black into a pine overcoat.
@Martin Deano That’s not what your momma and sister said when I busted in their faces.
👌
2:32 BTW, Albert Pike was racist. Check out the book Morals and Dogma. (Note the Freemason shirt.)
They found out they the problem 😂😂😂
See a lot of bad instruction in this class. Supposed to load you magazine in your "work Space" not all the way out in front of body. Keep eyes up looking at the target. Also holster up when walking backwards on the range. I'm happy that they are trying to learn and protect themselves. But maybe find better instruction.
Timestamp? While reloading, you focus on the action of switching to a new magazine and keep the horizon in your backstop vision. If you're not aiming, since you're reloading, then seeing your target is less useful than focusing on the task of swapping magazines. T-Rex Arms channel teaches it that way.
are you gonna holster your gun, while backing up, after defending yourself?
It's not a racial thing, it's an American 2nd Amendment thing and all law-abiding citizens have the right to own firearms for their use for sport, self-defense, collection, and just plain fun if they so desire.
It is the NRA voted against black people open carrying no they’re fighting for second A that’s sound race to me
What's important to note is that Black people are receiving more training. Which includes interacting with police after self-defense shootings. We need to realize that a police encounter doesn't have to end with us being treated like criminals.
I like black guns. White guns. Grey guns. Blue guns. Red guns. Even the pink guns are cool too.
420 likes ayyyy
The attack on the capital 😂😂
toy gun in the thumbnail 🤣 wp is such trash
Rest to assure Gun ownership doesn't discriminate. While buying my 1st handgun. A black man went with his wife to buy a handgun while I was waiting for mine. He also went to buy himself a new handgun for himself. I waited 40 minutes. While he got his in 10 minutes because he had a gun permit. When I left his wife waiting for her gun because she had to go through a background check because hers started when the financial issue was solved for her to pay for the handgun.
Lol does anyone care what color own guns smh
Same reason you watching and commenting on this video.
Guns comes in all different colors
As a conservative, you SHOULD care considering that only 60% of black people vote, but 90% of black voters vote democrat. That's abt half the black population staying at home, many of which are disillusioned with both parties.
Gun ownership amongst black citizens may just help us all retain our gun rights and other freedoms as well.
@@rehsa-zc6zq I live in Texas everyone owns guns lol
@@jaredkirchner4817 Me too. But now let's imagine all these Negros in liberal states start appreciating their 2A rights and voting accordingly. This is a potential big shift, so it's significant.
At the very least, they may stop supporting extreme anti gun democrats.
I saw the thumbnail and said; "that's not a 'black gun' and why would ownership of black guns go up"🤣
This thing about blacks being new to firearms is a joke. Within my family you are typically issued a firearm by the age of 10. You are taught and trained how when and where to us it. Also taught how to clean it and take care of it
@Journey i got my first one at 8 years old and i still have it.
No offense, but are you a southerner? Or at least somewhat from a rural area?
Because I have seen a stigma amongst urban black friends that guns are either for thugs or police.
Like while attending an hbcu or in conversation with white collar blacks, gun possession was stigmatized until quite recently.
That said, I've been shooting since I was abt 6 yrs old with supervision. 11-12 yrs old without.
@rehsa2194 ***** i grew up in the south and got the hell away from there. My uncles lived through segregation lynching and torturing of black people. For that reason they made sure all of us at the age of 10 could help to defend our homes and lives. If the weather hasn't decayed them i could take you rite now today where there are still nooses hung in trees in Mississippi.
@rehsa2194 ***** i believe more so that your thoughts on these stigmatized blacks are incorrect. Maybe that was taught in the north, but definitely not in the south. Do yourself a favor research deacons of defense. My uncles were members and showed a lot of kkk what evil really looked like
@@georgerucker9263 my family roots are out of southern Mississippi as well. Just asked because your stance on firearms gave southern black vibes.

You know nothing.
Good job we can save so much tax payer money, so biden can send it to Ukraine
They really need to stop ppl are not crayons
Gun rights were not expanded, they were restored. Please get this straight.
Their stances are horrible. One leg should be a bit behind the other, and they should be slightly leaning into the shot.
Im all pro 2A for everyone but all these videos on RUclips of 100 rd drums "extended clip" on a glock holding it sideways with the finger on the trigger just doesn't sit well. Get the proper training and etiquette!!!
You mean black as illegal or.. oh yeah right, sorry...
