Press and hold the + & - buttons. The P menu will show on the screen. Then use the + /- button to scroll up/down to P03. Once there press the "i" button and a number below will flash. Use the +/- buttons to take it up to Maximum number (u will also use the P menu to switch between KMh /Mph). Once you have it at the highest number. Press the "i" button and then press and hold the "i" button. Congratulations- this bike will now go 49KMh/30Mph. Better to use both motors on flats and commutes for better power/weight ratio and will ensure 1 motor isn't doing all the work meaning less stress on 1 motor over time. You will also get to speeds a lot quicker.
This feature is also really good as an anti-theft tool. After each use, I drop the P03 to 1 before I turn the bike off. If someone manages to break the lock- they won't be going anywhere quick at 1 kmh/1mph.. the P menu also allows you to turn on password mode, meaning anytime the bike is switched on, a 4 digit pin code will be required (and you can set and change this code as many times as you like). The bike is a heavy beast but she takes the roads very well. I've gone from punctures and new tyres every other week to no punctures for a year. The tyres have also stood yo very well in 12 months. I only had to change 1 tube but that was my fault because I wasn't looking when I fed the chain through the spokes when locking up and I pulled on and tore the valve. Even changing the tube was really simple (the joys of RUclips tutorials). It's a really good design, the front and back controllers are housed inside the frame and that can be accessed (if necessary) by unscrewing the battery baseplate on the frame and underneath the baseplate you will find 2 compact controllers with easy connectors. The wires lead out on both ends and are nice tucked with zip ties. Some people don't like look and prefer everything tucked away- but this is better, it's accessible and adjustable without needing to remove the battery base plate every time and it is actually a good look on this bike. I switched out the pedals straight away but that was due to personal preference and I still have the originals as they are very good quality spares. For the speed freaks- don't be disappointed that you can't go 100KMh/ 63 Mph. There is really no need. It's still a bike and as good as the brakes are to stop a 48kg twin motor 2000w ebike going 49KMh/30Mph- I.wouldn't trust them as much with higher speeds.
The battery life is what it is- depending on how you're riding. I suggest charging the battery after each use so it's always on full and your charge time is smaller (who wants to wait 5-6 hours?)
Safety first, never leave an e-bike / e scooter battery on charge and unattended and never use different chargers.
I bought this bike from great seller on e-bay and they had manufactured a precise panier rack for this large framed bike with 26×4 inch wheels. You need the panniers to transport heavy duty locks and some tools. The bike can really carry a lot of weight. I weigh around 100kg, the bike with the battery is around 50kg, I've added the pannier rack and bags and I often carry 20-30kg in additional weight and the bike handles it very well. The downside is the size- u need to have somewhere spacious and safe to store it. You can just free cycle it but I really don't recommend it due to the weight. When out and about- it's a real head Turner. I'm very picky about where I leave it locked up and I'm always looking at better locks etc to better deter. The size and weight takes a little getting use to if you are someone quite small and you think you won't be able to manoeuvre a 50kg bike around or you don't have the safe place to store it when you are home, don't buy it- but as for the rest of you- you won't regret it. 👍

Given it's using nearly lowest tier of the derailleur but costs a few and is targeted at specific off-road uses, this really should have come with models with a clutch instead... so Shimano Deore or Microshift Acolyte (if I'm not mistaken) or Tektro RD-M350 or the higher tier L-Twoo units... BOM wouldn't increase much at hundreds of units bought on corporate/supplier contract and at least the chain would be kept stable and not flying everywhere at those speeds this thing is capable of on flats or downhills on not so fresh tarmac or rougher stone surfaces.
Furthermore, given its weight as well, if you ride it without the engines (or with but at lower outputs) you risk going through chains, casette and the derailleur within couple of hundreds of kms... these dérailleurs are not meant for these strenuous loads. The higher grade ones, with clutch design, typically have been bolstered a bit or made using stronger materials so as an added benefit they might support higher weights or loads...
Also given its weight and size, pity they haven't opted for a truly high range casette... a 10T or 11T at highest gear is no brainer, and kind of accounted for in this setup, but the key here is the lowest gear range... this should have come with a 50T+ casette blade at the lowest gear side. At least this would give it a chance of being ridden up hills without or with very low power assistance...
Alternatively, since they're kind of making low tier chain dérailleurs moot at these double engined outputs and bike weight point, why not drop them altogether? Why not switch to a single speed design, get the chain inside a guard or some other protective encasement? Or better yet, switch to belt drive? Due to weight you're not going to pedal along much, especially up hills where the gears make sense, without any engines used. Due to engines you're not going to switch gears much, probably keeping in one of the mid or higher gears all its life and just vary the electric assistance levels and engines... Going belt-driven route the bike could shave some useless at this point and prone for first breakages components... Casette, dérailleur, guard/hook, cabling, gear-switches, could have been replaced by a cleaner single-speed belt/chain design...
As to those plastic mudguards... they seem to be there for some kid-eye-catching purposes only... they're not covering the wide wheels enough to actually keep you clean of mud/water thrown by those fat knobbly tires. As such either removal, since they're not going to protect you well enough, or replacement should have been offered by the manufacturer (though possibly this is a product from another OEM manufacturing plant with Lankeisi or whatever they're called strapped to it/painted over, so "manufacturer" is not able to provide proper guards anyway).
