    I'm working my way through your beginner challenge and loving it! I'm hoping to turn it into a 28-day challenge and I'm curious to know what you recommend - at this point I'm planning on restarting the challenge every week and doing it 4 times because I think your 28-day challenge will be too hard for me still. Is that a good plan or do you recommend somehow mixing it up every week? I'm trying to tone down and build muscle!

      Hey! Take it week by week. If you feel you’re getting stronger after a couple weeks (which you should) you could give the 28 day challenge a try. There will be exercises in the 28 day challenge that you can do, and any that require a higher level of ability i recommend modifying them. There will be a lot of exercises that will require you to keep your core and pelvis raised up, so if this is too difficult then just perform the movement with your pelvis and upper body flat on the floor. 😀

      If it’s flexibility that is the issue you could try include a mobility/flexibility workout once per week 🩷

      Lol getting my butt against the wall was the hardest part. Was on carpeting and trying to scoot up must have looked hilarious
