There is a chance that they could conduct a draw because of glitches in the system. We all know what happened to the system on a minor change of NOC code update in November last year. So IRCC might be aware that making the changes regarding bill c19 could halt the system for a longer period and they want to complete as much as quota of 2023 possible before implementing bill c19.

I have accidentally added NOC 72014 in my profile under CEC and received ITA. Now i have realised that my NOC code 70010 ( change in teer) . I am not sure how to proceed. Should i reject my ITA ?
72014 is construction supervisor where as 70010 is construction superintendent.
70010 is more close to my experience letter from canadian employer

My wife received a student visa yesterday for the September intake. Our education consultants are insisting that we apply for a spouse visa after she arrives in Canada, which is in September. Should we follow their suggestion or can I apply for the visa right now? She had mentioned being with me as one of the reasons for her future plans to settle in India

Hey there. i got ITA on 15 March draw but my sibling who got COPR had not arrived in Canada. Now my sibling has landed in Canada and got COPR stamped. Shall I simultaneously create a new account to apply for my file again and wait for new ITA while having ITA from previous draw or shall I decline previous ITA adn wait for new draw to happen?

Got 469 now due to growing past 30... Realistically there are no options in my control besides learning french... Job offers, PNP... I mean... it's not really in our power to just go and get those points.
Feeling like 469 probably won't be a thing about, I don' tknow, October or so... Assuming things become consistent... It just might not happen... And by the time I am capable enough at french to get the points high enough to move up, I'll also be losing more points to age.

No you won’t. You have yeaaaars ahead of you to learn French. Just focus on it, you can get it done in about two years. It’s worth it if you really want to go to Canada.
@@doyourbestleavetherest Two years is a lot of time to not live a life where I live in hopes that it'll work with Canada while things can be completely different in two years. Focusing on immigration does come at the cost of relinquishing the life I could have here. I can't learn french and study to get in college at the same time.
Of course I do not want to give up on that though, but I gotta be realistic so it won't end up just causing damage to my life.

yes you can. on 1st April points will be awarded for 1 yrs experience.
@@bsksukku thanks. Actually her agent calculated & checked her points in crs calculator on 23rd march ( 11th month going as discussed above) nd it comes out to be 486 on that day. I dont created the profile worrying that it would be miss representation before completing full year exp in canada.
