'Ah, there it is'...a very fine shot it is too, liked that a lot.
Glad you like it! One of those images I took off camera as a bit of an after thought, but it turned out to be one of the better images in my opinion! Thanks for watching!
If it is not a protected area stay there with your Buddy. Nothing will be better than waking up in this beautiful spot. Nice work what you are doing. I like it. 👍😃
ok I'm jealous, I'm jealous of that woodlands and the fact you get Autumn. The first image is just mad and the soft light is killer mate!. I get location envy a lot from your images and this location. Cheers again Courtney and have a amazing week.
When the scene gets cluttered the long lens is your friend. Great shot at 4:32
Only just discovered your channel, love your enthusiasm for nature, really like the way you present your videos. 👍
I love the image of the first single branch
I always expect you to fall or something when you’re running around like a hairy goat haha. Another great woodland photography sess! The frame at 4:28 is gorgeous! Cheers
I am late to the show, Courtney. But hey, the split tone tree at 4:25 makes for a fantastic photo. The close-up one right after is beautiful too, but I prefer seeing the whole tree for context.
Thanks for sharing.. great location and your images captured the mood... great pics.... keep up the good work... cheers 😀
You are fun to watch!
Thank you so much haha! Take care.
Great video Courtney. Such a lovely woodland you have there! Just stunning scenery. Beautiful image at at 1:22, amazing light and depth to that photo. Also really loved the image of the little lone tree backed by the towering pines at 4:25. Love the energy in the video as well, a really enjoyable watch. Hope you are well, have a great week!
Love the video with stunning shots it’s always a pleasure to watch your videos 🔥🔥🇬🇧
Another enjoyable video. Particularly like the photo at 5.50. I prefer the more intimate landscape photos these days. Back from a wet and windy week on Exmoor ,where there was just a hint of Autumn colours. Take care .
Thank you for watching! I don't do too much intimate landscape photography but I was surprised how much I liked that image too. Something I could think about exploring more often. We just seem to be getting hints of Autumn colours at the moment, fingers crossed we get more!
Great as always.
Stunning set of images. The one at 4:29 is beautiful with the light coming through it. Great video Courtney!
Cheers Kieran and thank you for watching!
Beautiful selection of images Courtney, what a pretty forest. I was very taken by those pines earlier in the video but the stunning yellow tree amongst the pines was fantastic. Wonderful video, have a good weekend.
There are so many pine trees in this forest that I never know where to look first. It can get overwhelming when looking for compositions but it really is a beautiful place. Thanks for watching, have a great week!
Great location and love the pictures. My favourite is the logs!
The logs!!! I wish I could think of a funny pun....
Lovely video and photos as always Courtney! I love the photos of the little tree by itself amongst the tall trees, around the 4:25 minute mark. I love that it's reaching for the sun!
Great video and shots Courtney. I was watching you present to the camera and the sun was lone beaming onto that tree and I was thinking “oh no quick turn around and get the shot.” Good to see your active dancing self at the end. At least you had the banana for an energy hit afterwards. Thanks for sharing the video and hope you’re feeling better 👍🙏
Haha although it did look like I was completely oblivious to the light I had been framing that tree up for a while with the sunlight flickering in and out. I just couldn't find a 'nice enough' shot unfortunately. A big shame as I passed by that exact tree today for a second look and the leaves have already dropped off! Thanks Adrian, feeling much better and ready to work on the next video. Thanks for watching!
Some great images again! I love the landscape shot of the leaning tree! I'm heading to the Yorkshire Moors next week so fingers crossed I find some colour too🤞
I hope you do! The Autumn colours are really taking their time this year, or maybe I'm just really impatient haha!
Lovely jubbly... you have found a couple of cracking specimens there - graet shots. I was in the FoD afew weeks ago but to be honest I wasn't really sure what the best areas are so came away with very little, oh to have come across something like this. I think autumn is late this year and don't expect it to be quite as good as normal for a few reasons which I discuss in my current vlog. Like you say.. mist / fog, we need some. Nice watch Victoria. atb Al
Honestly, I haven't explored the FoD enough yet to know where the 'best' spots are either. So far I've mostly walked some of the trails on the edge of the Forest but I hope by this time next year I'll be a lot more knowledgable. Yes it's not the Autumn I was hoping for just yet. Some mist and fog would be great for sure. I'll head on over and check out your current vlog, thanks for watching!
Sounds like you need to come to that forest with a tent and spend the night there or something (which also allows some night photography!)
Oooh what an idea haha! Though I can imagine it can get pretty noisy in there at night, lots of wildlife including boar!
@@CourtneyVictoria boar... well... bon Appetit!
just kidding :-)
I thought I'd watched all of your videos. Then I discovered one I hadn't seen before. Hmmmm!!! Perhaps there are other vidoes I've missed.
Yes, you can stay, but you'll have to pay the faeries under the mushroom by the log, a piece of chocolate😊🍄🍄🍄🧚🧚🧚🍫🍫🍫 They may also want some prints of your images as well😊
Who do you go on locations with or do you go alone.
Love your images.
👍
