Went to Minehead Station Wednesday noticed the hymen needs some TLC ..went to Wiliton this morning no locos but a magnificent display of flowers especially the multi coloured Lobilia.. hats off to the volunteers. Thank you Admiral.
GWR Mogul and Hall engines running, right up my alley. Looks like Betton Grange is having problems of some sort. She was performing so well to begin with. Maybe she couldn't cope very well with visiting so many preserved railways, in one go, or something. Not everything goes to plan first time round, I hope she hasn't been found to be too heavy in weight. Have you been able to find out about the engine's troubles?

I don't believe the problem is a serious one. It sounds like a problem more associated with cars!
I have heard, rightly or wrongly, it is a gasket that has failed, so hopefully nothing to serious. But it's probably not easy to get at.
I heard that the repair work should be completed by next weekend.
