Mental health is a critical topic for many people, especially young people. Thank you Eric for bravely addressing the stigma that is sometimes attached to seeking counseling with a therapist, namely in various cultures/countries. The more that this issue is brought up and discussed, the more the stigma weakens, and, hopefully, the more comfortable people will be in seeking help when they need it. Really enjoyed this clip from your interview with Lauv! Eric, you are so well spoken and your questions are always thoughtful and relevant. Thank you.

This conversation is actually so inspiring! I think coming from an Asian household but also being brought up in a Western society myself, I felt the polarity and difference in attitudes when it came to discourses surrounding mental health. I'm so glad that you took the time to address this and it was such a calming, mature, and thought provoking conversation to listen to!
