Welcome to my "Behind the Music & Film" for my music video "You Carried Me Home", which is my vocal debut. I hope you enjoy this behind-the-scenes look of taking an idea to end product and the journey in between. In this video, I talk about my struggles with throat irritation and healing through learning about the throat #chakras . Hey Jennifer.. as always, another interesting, informative and entertaining BTS to add to your scrapbook.. such gorgeous views - what did we ever do before the drone was invented.?!? - kudos to Will for his drone operating talents.. and the color grading comparisons were eye-opening - I was surprised at how striking was the before and after..

It really was a trip I'll never forget!
Jennifer when I heard about your throat irritations, I said OMG I been through the same problem. My throat felt so dry it felt like it was very tight and was closing up. I was going to so many doctors appointments and they couldn't find the problem. Seems my quality of life was bad, I started feeling depressed. I read it could be menapause or allergies. One of the doctors I was going too ask me are you taking Lisopril a high blood pressure medication, I said yes! They recently had increased the dosage that's about the time my throat was getting bad and along with it I had acid reflux. I got a new medication for my blood pressure and allergies medication plus acid reflux medication . I feel much better and feel happy again. Hope my information can help you. Your dear fan Abby
I'm glad you got it figured out! Mine ended up being related to what I talked about in the video having to do with authenticity, anxiety, etc. 😊
