      The best way to explain it because I don’t give af and would never watch anybody give a hour long speech but I got this recommended to me and accidentally watched the whole thing. Now, I’m coming back to it so I can listen to him again. It’s crazy 😂

    Among many things in this video, I appreciate (and truly miss) Steve's honesty and straightforwardness. He says what he thinks, does it clearly, with just enough passion, and no bullshit and fluff. Straight to the point, but in a fascinating way.

    In 1983 he was predicting what life would be like 30-40 years, and described it perfectly. Imagine what Steve would have devised by now had he not died so young in 2011 at the tender age of 56. His last creation was the tablet in 2010. What has Apple created since? The Watch? AVP? I would argue that the Mx-series ARM processors are their best product, but those processors were the direct result of Jobs buying Palo Alto Semiconductor (a RISC house) in 2008 for a mere $278M.

    He was awesome. He spoke with all passionate and focus. Sometimes he made everyone laughing but it didn't make sense to him. His vision was unprecedented. The U.S was lucky to have him. He was also lucky to be there. Both are always super 🎉.

    A real eye-opener, hearing this guy speak in the 80s. If this speech was given today, in 2024, it would be on a class of its own. Very persuasive and perceptive. When people say things like "he or she is the new Steve Jobs", they're full of shit, because they have to be. I've seen what they've got and it's not this. Not even close.

    Didnt take long for all the PCs to be manufactured overseas. Being the world trade currency and having open capital markets has made our currency to valuable for our manufacturing to be competitive, and forcing the US to run massive deficits buying what everyone else makes
