Lithium saying "brah" during the True Draco Zoo match was hilarious 😂 Truly ridiculous the amount of advantage the Dark World deck racks up with the new support, to the point that most hand traps have only mild to little impact against them. Reminds me of how insane the deck felt back in the day with just Grapha/Beiige/Snoww.
😅
Congrats on 70k+
that smirk when you said grinder golem 😂
"This is probably going to be the last Challenger Appears"
*Sad 2020 D-Link noises
Fr, the deck was reaaaaally strong and could play around any handtrap
Ooooooh, list?
This is like the fourth time i comment this, but i don't know why it hadn't appear yet
It disappeared again lmao so you can check Marcud Patel list for the 2020 European Invitational. There were other topping list running the Dragoon package, Impermanence and Smoke Grenade with Vylon Cube, but Marcus were the standard build
@@TheKABE09 I think links gets banned as they are considered as advetising.
you should leave space and cut the link so that it would go under the radar!
@@Lithium2300 maybe france nats 2022 there is 60 card d link with big rokket engine
who would win, an army of fiends and cryptids, or one drolly birb
6:30 missplay, you can't enter battle phase if you resolve Coach King. If you can't deckout the opponent, Zoo might have counterplay
damn, guess I’ll have to wait for next year to see Ruinforce FTK in action…
You have a list? Any specific tournament?
yes, the one that topped a WCQ in Dec. 2021. Let me see if I can find the list
This is so hype lol, I love watching dark worlds. Either you first turn dweller them or they just kinda win. And if they're going first, pray. Also never maxx C them lol. Actually surprised that they beat spellbooks going second.
Spoiler:
Edit: Pretty sure that just going for the maxx C challenge would've been correct in that last game. The hand had so much gas in it and I don't think even the rest of the hand traps in the deck would've stopped dark worlds from just decking them out.
The games in this one were ridiculous! I love seeing Dark World go on an absolute tear, I swear, if the format is right this deck could wind up becoming a juggernaut.
I really Like those Cross Ban list Cups. They are refreshing and very intresting. Because of those Duels i started playing online again. Thanks Lithium, keep Up the great work.
You can easily blowout anyone who does maxx c. Card destruction dig with the dangers and summoning Silva infinity times a turn.
So excited for the finals and for next year candidates. Can't wait to see how ishizu and spright go against older meta decks.
Dark world is so good and is not even close to being deck right now. Power creep is incredible.
If it was good it'd do something
Also spoiler, spright isn't that good either, but they'll win most of their matches due to modern staples
@@andrejv.2834 I thought dark world topped a regional recently? Unless I'm wrong
@@ReeVoque maybe, can't find it on ygoprodeck but they don't have all the data
Ig that's still good for this type of format, but still shouldn't warrant a challenger appears over like prank kids, bird up, or dragon link that somehow still hasn't appeared in the cbc at all
@@andrejv.2834 "spright isn't good"? It's midrange not combo it's powerlevel comes from being efficient with few cards and having space for half a deck of modern staples.
And yes ofc its not ishizu-tear level of powerfull but it still powercrept the shit out of older decks that can't play 20 staples and still put up 3-4 disruptions through handtraps.
@@astogram4321 I mean it didn't though? It wasn't making top 4s at pote format events because it kept being bettered by rogue decks
And the pre pote format had despia and flunder, neither of which is that good, and then a bunch of decks with their best cards on the banlist, so there wasn't much to "powercreep"
Spright was good for ycs utrecth exactly due to the surprise factor of the runick cards and everyone overpreparing for tear because "it got no hits", other than that, they topped a bunch but were never in real contention to win anything, often missing out on top 4s, let alone making the finals
I learned from master duel to never maxx c dark world
This deck is ridiculous
nice video
Oh god the list
"A Mew FOE Has Arrived!" made me think this was an Etrian Odyssey video.
Damn dark world fucking demolished everything
Oh boy
I know you won't see this, but I humbly request you to add Dragon Link to the poll of the CCC. The deck has been going strong for years, and it deserves a chance to be featured. Some versions of the deck that you wanted to consider: 2020 Buster Lock version, pure version with Chaos Ruler and Elpy, Adventurer version, current version with the Bystial.
Please Ishizu Tear next with the YCS Dortmund list
next one floo
i know this might seem cringe but its like the mine burn one lol
Floo? Nobody will watch that 😃😅
@@Lithium2300 i mean the mine burn video has the most views i think xD
@@Lithium2300 Very true lol. Although I think it could be worth recognizing it
Do bysted lair deck!
Bright 🍬 ♫♪♫♪
So how is this deck not top tier? Dweller?
Use my Star seraph Clownblade deck
Danger DW has topped events before and the new support gives the deck a huge boost.
DW isn't anywhere near as reliant on the GY anymore and even if they have D Shifter or Droll DW can easily end on Dweller or Bagooska to stall.
People have this false impression that DW is bad because too many cards counter it but Tear loses to the same cards as DW so that logic is flawed.
But thats what happens when so many people in the community have bandwagon mentality and can't think for themselves.
It's a shame that the Dark World structure deck came out in the worst possible meta for it, with Tear Ishizu being #1 and everyone running the Bystials and gy hate.
It's a shame people contradict themselves saying Tear is good and Darkworld is bad in the same format when both decks lose to the same cards.
@Matt Isosaki Neither Tear or DW "wins" the match up, its a dice roll match up.
Why are we having a deck that has done literally nothing in this series lmao
If you see the comments in the previous challenger appears, one of the most requested decks is dark world.
To be fair, in most of the previous entries challengers were some janky decks people wanted to see. It is a relatively recent thing to put strongest modern decks as challengers.
And it still went on a rampage in this vid, given it wasn't paired up against the real title candidates until the very end.
