It is an AI (artificial intelligence) Voice in this video. It is very clear if you listen to all the mistakes and the tone in the language🙂 it is very commonly used in many in youtube videos, where the creator of the video does not speak very good english or english at all. Personally i find the AI voices annoying. I would rather listen to peoples real voices with subtitels🙂

Yes it actually looks so stupid to wear them with the hair covering. It seems to me if you are so conservative that you feel the need to cover your hair, a tiara is a contradiction

The difference between clothing/accessories being used as either voluntary stylistic expression or a tool of oppression is the freedom of choice. Your assumptions indicate to me that you're both too lazy to practice cultural relativity.
