This is the first time I’ve ever done yoga in my life as a 38-year-old man. I tried other stuff which hasn’t helped my back and just watching your video and going through it with you helped a lot. Thank you for this and your demeanor in general. How you explain things really helped a novice like myself. I’m gonna consider doing this full-time because of how comfortable you made me with it.
My back pain has been present for months. I have done this session twice and no back pain for the past several days since. Something several massages and walks did not help. Thank you. Amazing
I have chronic back and neck pain from old injury, and this video was incredibly helpful. Great way to start my day with serious pain relief. Thank you so much for posting!! 🙏
Thank you so much 🙏 the relief I got by doing this is just can not be expressed in words. Though still recovering but I have done it twice and the experience was much better than before every time. Thanks again for this gesture.
Great routine that is targeted and effective. All poses were great and cat/cow is always a help, particularly to get started. I appreciated that it is short because the pain didn't allow for much. Thank you!
Thank you very much this helps me allot. I have back pain because I stay home more due to lockdown... This helped me allot. You deserve a gift from me 🎁🎁🎁🎈
I came here looking for mid back pain relief at 4:45am… and I just wanted to say, I loved seeing your confidence with your body hair. I also haven’t shaved since 2017, and still am self conscious… but seeing you rocking it gives me permission to also show up just as I am. Thank you! ❤️
I can hear you offering good "nuggets" of a safe practice, like the reminders to breathe and maintain a strong core, but the audio instructions don't match the visual follow along. Unfortunately, in yoga someone can get hurt like that. The actual poses that make up the practice themselves were great. Threading the needle is my favorite pose for midback tightness. However, the execution of instruction could have been much tighter. I did not complete the practice because the instructions were not clear enough to follow without watching the screen. My hope is that the voiceover could be redone, because you've got a great set.
I felt the same way as well. I searched for 'mid back pain relief' and yours was the first thing that came up. I was doing cat cow all along but you had already moved to the arm raise pose. Agree, we should be able to just 'hear' and do the poses.
The pain in the middle of back was taken my breath away tonight. I can BREATH! I can BREATH! 🤪 The pose that challenged me and I believe that really helped was “the puppy pose” Thank you
The instructions were out of time, taking me out of the flow, but mainly, when you finish a practice with a conclusion that is pre-recorded, it immediately takes me out of the zen you just helped me create, and forces me to pause the video before I can continue my short mediation or finishing pose. Your video is powerful without that, and it kind of ruins the whole point of your practice.
How is anyone supposed to do this while watching the video. I tried and failed. Back pain continues. I'm at a complete loss with everything I have tried. Have even spent over 1k in treatment. Gutted it's working for everyone commenting except me 😥
It might take some practice. Be patient with yourself, try it some more times, and eventually you will get better. It takes getting used to, for brain and body. Maybe try to watch first, then do the exercise? Best wishes 😊

Lovely practice. Too bad the voice over doesn’t match the video.

The Puppy Pose was a stretch I've never done and it stretched just what I needed. All of it was helpful. I will join you again.

I’d say the best bit was when you mentioned inhaling then outhaling. Next concept for me 😜
🍀🌠🙏🏻You are great 🥰
thank you! Your sound was fine too
Liked the practise but your voice comes in really shouty at the end and its super jarring. Just some constructive feedback 🙂
is it just me or is voice over out of time with the video?
Yes it is out of sync
Yes, its hard to follow it 😣
the embryo position was 🔥

what about discus hernia T 7-8? Is this dangerous?
Do you mind to fix the audio? Thanks 😉
I had nothing wrong with the audio 😉
Threading the needle was my favorite
Thanks
Why was the audio out of sync with the video? Confusing
That's great...
Namaste 🙏🏻 🌠
Thank you🤍
How often should we do these poses? Is it okay to do them twice a day? Morning/evening?
For sure, this is a short gentle sequence. Your body would thank you for it twice a day. Just always listen to your body, and be gentle

2:34 oh I'm not used to seeing that. I guess I have a cultural bubble that has been expanded today!
Was really annoying with the constant verbal mistakes, "left/right"
Sound was not in sync as well
Embryo pose???? Never! Childs pose or balasna, yes.
Did you just say.... out....haling?! 🤣
Did not like the video, since there was no proper voice guidance, had to interrupt the actual yoga to see what the instructor is doing
How is anyone supposed to do this while watching the video. I tried and failed. Back pain continues. I'm at a complete loss with everything I have tried. Have even spent over 1k in treatment. Gutted it's working for everyone commenting except me 😥

Edit: however, sound is out of sync in this video, so I understand why it's confusing.
Terrible prompts
Ummm is that a hairy armpit?
Don't worry you don't have to lick it
Nothing wrong at all with hairy armpits!
So? Seems she's a grownup, then.
